Quirk Description:
Whirlpool gives its user the ability to manipulate water. The user is also able to manipulate any liquid that is mixed with water, such as mud and blood.
Quirk Abilities:
- Water Manipulation: user is able to manipulate any water
- Blood Manipulation: user is able to manipulate water in blood, and control someone's movements
- Mud Manipulation: user is able to manipulate the water in mud and manipulate mud itself
- Plant Manipulation: user is able to manipulate the water in plants and manipulate plants themselves
- Ice Manipulation: user is able to manipulate ice, due to it being frozen water
- Vapour Manipulation: user is able to manipulate vapour, due to it being boiled water
Quirk Drawbacks:
- overuse can lead to user becoming dehydrated
- unable to create their own water, limited to water around them
- controlling water in other states (ice, vapour, etc.) is harder to do
