Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Description:
Neon gives its user the ability to possess neon blood, which they are able to manipulate however they wish to. They are able to take it out, control it, create constructs, etc.
Quirk Abilities:
- Neon Physiology: user possesses blood made of neon, meaning it does not act as blood as therefore quirks that use blood can't use the user's neon blood
- Neon Manipulation: user is able to manipulate their neon blood however they wish to
Quirk Drawbacks:
- user is limited to their blood supply, and have to be careful with how much they extract
- neon, being a dangerous element, can be hazardous to use and attack with
- user, if they need, can't have a blood transfusion
- overuse can lead to exhaustion from blood loss and body overheating
