Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Description:
Puppet gives its user the ability to generate puppet string out of their fingertips that they can use to control limbs of a person. While tied, the person is unable to move at all and are controlled completely by the user.
Quirk Abilities:
- String Generation: user is able to generate strings out of their fingertips
- String Manipulation: user is able to manipulate the strings they generate out of their fingertips
- Puppet Mastery: with the strings, the user is able to control someone's body
Quirk Drawbacks:
- if the strings are cut or broken, then the power over a person is gone as well
- unable to create more than one string from each fingertip
- the length of a string depends on how much it has been trained
