Quirk Description:
Narration gives its user the ability to affect others by vocally narrating actions. This includes phrases such as "_____ fractured their femur" or "______ slapped themselves".
Quirk Abilities:
- Narration: user is able to affect others by narrating actions, such as making them hurt themselves
Quirk Drawbacks:
- the more complicated or incomprehensible a narration is, the less of a chance it will take effect and harder it is to do
- overuse can lead to sore throat and a dry mouth
