Quirk Description:
Cloud Nine gives its user the ability to generate and manipulate cloud vapour capable of inducing euphoria and calmness. The more a person inhales the cloud, the longer the feeling will be.
Quirk Abilities:
- Cloud Generation: user is able to generate cloud vapours from their body
- Cloud Manipulation: user is able to manipulate the cloud vapours they generate from their body
- Happiness Inducement: user's clouds are able to induce happiness when inhaled
- Serenity Inducement: user's clouds are able to induce calmness when inhaled
Quirk Drawbacks:
- user becomes less happy and calm the more clouds they generate
- overuse can lead to temporary dullness and apathy, and coughing
