Quirk Description:
Pied Piper gives its user the ability to control other people's actions by playing any woodwind instruments. The quirk works best with pan flutes or a flute.
Quirk Abilities:
- Hypnotic Music: user is able to hypnotise people by having them listen to the sound of the user's woodwind instrument which they play
Quirk Drawbacks:
- user needs to play a woodwind instrument, otherwise the quirk won't take affect
- people need to hear the music for them to become hypnotised
- overuse can lead to a sore throat
