Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Description:

For No One gives its user the ability to 'lock' quirks. This weakens the quirks, and also makes them unable to be stolen.

Quirk Abilities:

- Power Dilution: user, due to locking the quirks, is able to make the quirks of others be weakened

- Power Control Negation: user, due to locking the quirks, is able to remove the quirk user's control over their quirk

- Power Absorption Immunity: user, due to locking the quirks, is able to make a quirk unable to be absorbed or stolen

Quirk Drawbacks:

- unable to lock in mutant quirks

- the more powerful a quirk is, the harder it is to lock it

- overuse can lead to user's own quirk becoming unstable for a short period of time
