Quirk Description:
Surgeon gives its user the ability to replace or add to their appendages with other matter. They could use things such as branches, wool, plastic bottles, etc.
Quirk Abilities:
- Body Part Substitution: user is able to replace their lost body parts with other matter
Quirk Drawbacks:
- continuous replacement of body parts can affect the user's health and body's state
- user cannot use matter that is weighs more than what their original arm weighed
- overuse can lead to irritation at the meeting points of limbs-to-body, and severe blood loss
