Quirk Description:
Contrast gives its user the ability to manipulate colour of anything, such as objects and people. The user might use colours to attack, travel, etc.
Quirk Abilities:
- Colour Manipulation: user is able to manipulate colours, from how light makes them appear so
Quirk Drawbacks:
- user is limited to colour around them, and cannot create colour
- can lead to accidentally blinding people
- overuse can lead to greyscale vision
