Quirk Description:
Blink gives its user the ability to teleport anywhere in a certain radius as far as no one is looking at them. Even if one person sees them, they are unable to teleport.
Quirk Abilities:
- Teleportation: user is able to instantaneously teleport as far as no one is looking at them
Quirk Drawbacks:
- user can only teleport if no one is looking at them
- the distance they can teleport depends on how much they have trained
- the more things or people they teleport with them, the more strained and tired their body becomes, as well as it's harder to teleport
- overuse can lead to whole body strain and a chance of paralyzation
