Quirk Description:
Half-Off gives its user the ability to cut anything into two halves by hand-chopping it in a slice motion. The user is able to cut almost anything into half.
Quirk Abilities:
- Cutting: user is able to cut almost any matter into half
Quirk Drawbacks:
- overuse can lead to aches and hand cramps
- can only cut things in half, no more or no less
- can only cut matter that user knows of (conceptual matter or concepts such as space don't work)
