"Lettie...SHUT THE FREAK UP!!"

Will's POV

"Will Allen you had better be down here in ten minutes! We're going to be late because of you! Ironic isn't...I'M THE GIRL!" She screamed from downstairs

"I'm coming keep your pants on!"

"That's not even funny!!" she shouted back

"I thought it was pretty good."

"Lettie...SHUT THE FREAK UP!" Blake yelled,"he's coming. geez."

"Thank you!" I hollered sliding my phone into my back pocket.

"Don't push it Allen!"

I let out a amused laugh and jumped off the last step making a loud...thud...echo through the house
"And I'm something else...whats he?" Lettie muttered

"Awesome." I replied with a smirk. With that we climbed into my Mercedes. Blake started to fiddle with the buttons causing static to erupt my ears. "Geez! Would you quit!"

"Crouch much?"

"Not unless someone is an idiot and that idiots name is Blake McCoy."

"Ouch. Ok that hurt." he said placing a heart over his heart. I just rolled my eyes.

We pulled into Pizza Hut at exactly 7. Lettie continued to complain about my slow sports car and Blake continued to fiddle with the radio. I was done," Get out." I said a little snapper than I wished for.

"Keep your pants on," Lettie said mocking me,"We're not that bad."

"Oh yes you are. Now get out!"

"Okay! Okay! Im going, I'm going."

Blake jumped out and particularly sprinted to the door. Lettie rolled her eyes while I laughed."Does he always do that?"

"Yep" she said popping the "P"

We walked in and Lettie tensed,"Hey you ok?"

"What? Oh yea I'm fine."

Ok that was weird. Lettie never lies about how she's feeling.

"Will! My man where you been bro?" ask Jayden

"Oh I had to take Layla home."

"Alright dude grab some pizza and let's chill!" I looked over at Lettie who was talking to Jenna and Zoey who were giving pointed glares to a senior that was with a group of girls.

"Yea sure one minute." I said walking over to Lettie and tapping her shoulder.

She jumped a bit then turned around placing a hand over her heart," Geez Will you have me a heart attack. What can I do ya for?"

"Come with me outside." I said being dead serious. She starred at me with a blank expression then smiled

"Sure." she said turning to Jenna and Zoey," I'll be right back. Keep a sharp eye on him." she said using her thumb to point over her shoulder. They both said their "Ok's" then we walked outside.

"Tell me how you're really feeling."

"What? Why?"

I opened and closed my mouth deciding to go with the truth," because I care about you."

"Well that's great but not the best answer." she said placing a hand on her hip.

"Ok then. I'm asking because your my best girl friend here and my bro's sister so I really do care for you and I think I might have feelings for you but I need to know who that guy is and how you know him."

"I-I-I," she stuttered looking at me then it clicked...i told her I might have feelings for her. Shoot shoot shoot." Lance Lay...he was my boyfriend until he dropped the three letter word bomb." She said whispering the last part and looking down.

I grabbed her chin and looked into her eyes," He's not worth it." Then I turned around and walked to the door resisting the urge to kiss her. I grabbed the handle and pulled it open what I didn't expect was for a fist to connect to my jaw.

Lettie's POV

He likes me. He really likes me.

I looked at where he had walked away and heard a horrible 'smack'. I looked at the door and saw Will standing there cupping his jaw starring angrily at...Lance. I stopped Lance, my ex, had just punched Will ,the guy I'm falling for, can you say cliché? I ran over and elbowed Lance in the gut then after he doubled over in pain I kneed him in the nose. He reared by howling in pain when a fist came past me and hot him square in the jaw. I turned around and looked at Will who was now standing straight up with a purple-blue jaw. "What? I couldn't let you have all the fun could I?" He said

"Guess not." he let out a laugh and I stood on my tip toes to check his jaw out, " Nasty bro. Should be a little small by next game but other than that it looks fine."

"Thanks."

"No problem."

"No for telling me."

"Oh. yea thanks for caring."

"Yup still something else." he said laughing

"Heard that." more laughing from Will.
