Festival news part 2

So you know everything about the awesome rock festival and now it's time to learn about the even more awesome comic festival!

Yeah it was even better than the rock one 🤩

And there probably were more rockers and metalheads than in the rock festival too! Like I have never seen so many people with long hair, piercings, tattoos in one place!!! And there were many drawings of rockstars too -I saw David Bowie at least three times there. Also Freddie Mercury, the Rolling Stones, Elvis Presely, John Lennon, that guy from Mötorhead, Bob Dylan... Oh there was a guy with a Black Sabbath t-shirt too!

But anyway let's get to the point. The festival started in 28 August and ends today. I went for only one day, in 29 August and loved it! There were/are a lot of events taking place but I attended only one which was about creating a fantasy world. It wasn't really good though. They just stated simple stuff I could have done by myself. I wanted to attend another event called "How to cartoonify animals" too but I messed up the hours and didn't manage to get there. This was really a pitty because the guy who led the event proved to be a much more effective teacher than the one in the event I attended (we met him later). The best thing about the festival though was the stalls! The place was full of stalls with people who were selling drawings, posters, stickers and comics they had made! I think I got about 5 posters, 12 comics plus some drawings and stickers I didn't count XD

I love it because LA Comic Festival sounds like Los Angeles Comic Festival and it means Larisa Comic Festival XD

Something else I forgot to mention is that both my grandma and mom wanted me to take some of my drawings with me and ask some of the people there if and how I could become a comic creator 🤷🏻‍♀️
We asked two of them and met tons of other amazing people I will talk about in this chapter. All of them, except for one, do other jobs and make comics as a hobby. Also they are all very kind and friendly, except for one again.

First of all, we met a nice person who had lots of posters and comics in his stall. He was one of the two people we asked for advice and he gave some though he was not as nice and helpful as the other one. It was also pretty funny because when my grandma started to ask about the whole thing she said "This girl here (me)-"
And he interrupted her and said "Likes Guns N' Roses. I know" because I was wearing my GnR t-shirt lol
