"Damn bae, you looking good." Asher greeted me from the driver's side. "Thank you." I leaned in and gave him a kiss.
"Can we stop by Dunkin? I'm mad hungry." He checked the time on his phone and flashes me his million dollar smile. "Anything for you."

I got a medium iced coffee and a glazed donut. This shit is so mf gooood.
"Don't forget about my game today."
"I didn't forget Imani is gonna come over later and we're gonna get ready together.
"Oh and before I forget..." He reached in the back and handed me a gift bag.
"What is it?" I asked putting my coffee in the cup holder.
"Open it."
I opened the bag and pulled out one of his jerseys. "I want you to wear it later. You know, since you're mine and mine only."
