Chaeyoung was woken up by Dowan's call who asked to meet her saying that he has some news. She ended the call and walked towards the bathroom. As she stood up, she felt an itchy pain in her stomach. She stopped for a second but then shrugged it off thinking that she might've eaten something bad. She got ready and left her room heading downstairs to find Suga laying in the living room's couch.

"Aigoo! He can't even fight for himself" Chaeyoung said as she stared at his sleeping figure "He slept in his suit just because I told him to"

"That's called avoiding trouble Mrs. Tenacious" Suga spoke suddenly making Chaeyoung jump in fear as she didn't expect him to be awake. She looked at him and chuckled sarcastically.

"Look who's talking about avoiding troubles, Mr. Fraud" Chaeyoung put hands on her waist "I have a question by the way" she said making him sit up to listen to her "is fraud common in your family. I mean all of you are a bunch of delinquents"

Suga was triggered by every word she said but he decided to shrug it off and be comprehensive of her situation. He walked steadily towards her and bent down to look into her eyes.

"I hope you won't regret saying this one day when you find out that I have nothing to do with my father's actions"

"Suga-shi!" Chaeyoung patted his shoulders sarcastically "I think you should quit being a singer. How about acting? You'll be a very good one

"I'll give it a thought" he removed her hands and started to walk away "I need to go to MY room before it gets invaded again" he shouted the MY. Chaeyoung sighed and went out to meet Dowan. She was very excited to know what kind of tea he's going to spill. As soon as she reached the café, she waved and ran towards him unable to control her excitement.

"What is it? Tell me" Chaeyoung said as soon as she sat down.

"Good morning to you too" Dowan teased.

"We've said that on the phone, just tell me what is it about?"

"It's about the evidence file you found on your desk the other day" he said making her eyes pop out.

"What about it?"

"It's credible"

"Does that mean we can use it as evidence in the next trial?" Chaeyoung's eyes lit up and her lips formed the widest smile. She thought that she's about to prove her innocence and throw old man in jail. But what he said next made all her hope shatter down.

"There's no next trial Chaeyoung-ah" Dowan gave her a sad smile "You're married under contract, remember? That contract states that your case is closed the day you marry Min Yoongi".

Chaeyoung lowered her head feeling a stab in her heart. She got all hyped up for nothing. At that moment, she felt how unfair the world is. She's a babe in the woods; she did nothing but had to pay for severe consequences. Tears fell in her hands as she felt helpless and broken. She didn't know how to act anymore.

"Can we terminate it?" she sniffed "I  mean the contract, can we terminate it so we can go back to court?"

"It's doable but risky" Dowan said "Mr. Min won't be happy about it and could do anything, I mean he stole your company and made you seem guilty"

"Let's take that risk" Chaeyoung said "I have nothing else to lose"

"What if you get in a bigger trouble? I won't take that risk"

"So do I have to give up?" Chaeyoung started to cry.

"I never said that" Dowan heaved a deep sigh "He's a fraud and has no principles, so we'll do it the fraud way. You know what they say, if you can't beat them join them"

"You seem like you already have a plan" Chaeyoung some hope.

"Yes, I tried talking to chief prosecutor yesterday but apparently he's colluding with Mr. Min" Dowan explained "I asked him to look through the evidence but he refused to even see it claiming that the case is closed"

"Isn't that illegal? He's overlooking something that could solve the case"

"It is indeed, that's why I did it the Mafia way" Dowan said making Chaeyoung confused.

"What do you mean?" She asked.

"You need to follow me, we have to go somewhere" Dowan stood up.
