This one started well, then I had problems with how to finish it. Sometimes it's so .... Well, better luck with the next one.

Gwyn struggles with the offer to go back to Sangravah, and seeks support from Azriel.

He woke up alone. Her side of the bed empty and cold. Azriel got up, finding the room just as empty as her side of the bed.

"Gwyn?" He asked out. Not that he believed that he would get an answer. Where is she? The shadows stayed quiet, like they always do when it came to Gwyn. "Fine... Stay quiet..." He got dressed and left the room trying to find her scent to follow. But it was hard, her scent was everywhere after living here for almost a year now. The kitchen was empty, so was the library and study. Azriel went out to the training rings, and there she was, her hair flowing freely in the wind. Azriel made some extra noise by scraping his foot in the gravel. Gwyn didn't move in response.

"Gwyn?" He asked, still on a distance. She just stood there, not moving. "Gwyn?" He moved closer and turned her around. Her face was paler then usual, even her freckles had lost some color. And her eyes... He placed his hands on her cheeks. She was so cold...

"Yes?" She said in response, her voice and expression told him she was far gone in her mind.

"Are you alright?" He asked. "How long have you been out here?" She was still in her night gown, and it was still winter even if spring started to make it self known.

"Is it morning?" She asked back.

"Yes..." He lifted her up. "Come inside... You are freezing..." She was still in his arms. And still so distent.

"I just needed some air..." He placed her down on there bed.

"I see..." He didn't fully belive her, but right now the important thing was to get her warmed up.

Later that day Azriel and Cassian held there own sparing session, fighting just for the fun of it. Gwyn had stayed down in the library during the day, not even wanting to come to training. Cassian got a good hit on Az as his head got distracted by Gwyn.

"Hey, what is wrong?" Cass asked and ended the fight. "I know you can block that one."

"Something is up with Gwyn." Az just said, trying to get better at sharing his thoughts and feelings with others.

"Is she sick?" Cass asked back. "She wasn't at training."

"I found her outside this morning... and she looked so... Distent. Like she wasn't here in her mind." Az sighed.

"That sound odd." Cass handed hima glass of water. "I can talk to Nesta, maybe she knows something."

"Thanks..."

He waled down to the library that night, hoping to find Gwyn and ask her himself what was going on. His shadows refused to help, almost tot the point of them asking him to not enter the library when he did. Clotho on the others hand was there at the door. And handed him a note before he had the opportunity to say anything.

Gwyn has asked to be left alone tonight. Was all it said.

"I understand... Is she alright?" A stone started to form in Azriel's stomach, had he hurt her unintentionally? Or had she stoped love him? Clotho started to wright down her answer and gave it to him.

It is four years ago this week. She got a letter yesterday from Sangravah, some of the survivors that stayed have asked if she wants to come to the memorial service on the day that is happened. Azriels stilled, staring at the words in his hand.
