It's already the beginning of the first match with Midoriya against Shinsou and things weren't looking so good for Midoriya. The crowd had gone silent as soon as he started walking to the outer boundary, worried that whatever influence he was under, he would be able to snap out of it before it's 'game over'. As my classmates and I watched from our seats, we could only silently cheer him on, confused about what had happened to Midoriya...

Well, except me of course.

I was somehow able to remember this scene from the show for god knows what reason, but everything else, nothing, nada, zero.
Talk about inconvenient if you ask me
This is definitely gonna bite me in the ass soon. I can feel it.

I looked to my right as I felt Uraraka cling to my arm, bouncing her leg nervously against mine as Midoriya kept inching closer and closer out of bounds.

"He's got this Uraraka, watch him turn the tables around real soon."

"I sure hope so Y/n, he's getting too close to that white line. I don't know if he'll get himself out of this one or not, it's too close to not be nervous."

Suddenly, a huge explosion occurred down below before I could respond, which caused everyone to let out a gasp before once again going silent to see clearly what happened. As all the debris cleared up, the crowd roared with excitement as we all saw Midoriya stopped walking and turned his head back to Shinsou. In about a minute, Midoriya was able to flip over Shinsou, having him lay out of bounds, and with that, the first round came to an end.

As Iida, Uraraka, and I talked a bit about the victory, the second round was announced with Sero going against Todoroki. As soon as the buzzer went off, Sero wasted no time in trying to take the advantage by wrapping adhesive around Todoroki, seemingly causing him to become immoble as he got swung around like a ragdoll.

Without a moment too soon, everything went deathly silent as a huge build up of ice formed, almost freezing our side of the audience. I always wondered how cold it must've been for the class during this scene and frankly, I regret finding out. With the glacier looking formation a mere couple inches away from our faces, I immediately got the chills, trying to rub my arms together to make some friction to warm myself up.

"A-any closer than this distance and we would have been frozen!"

I laughed at Iida's comment even though he was right.

"I mean at least it didn't happen though, right y/n?" Uraraka turned to face me as she spoke.

"mhm." nodding my head, still shivering like crazy.

As soon as Todoroki was announced as the winner, I felt a tap on my shoulder, causing me to turn my head. It turns out to be Kaminari, already wearing a smug face finished off with a big ass smile.

"I'm here to escort you on your little adventure towards failure, Y/n. Shall we go?"

I give him a "really?" look as I take his outreached hand and stand up from my seat. I turn to look at Uraraka who's giving me a thumbs up.

"You got this Y/n!"

"Thanks Uraraka!"

As we continued to walk, I noticed Kaminari was a little too quiet for my liking. I walked a little slower, causing him to react and turn to me with a questioning glance.

"What's wrong Y/n, was I walking too fast?"

"I should be the one to ask you what's wrong. You're usually always trying to make conversation or corny ass jokes."

We fell into a slow walking pace since they were fixing the platform outside for us competitors.

He scratched his head to think a bit before speaking.
