Chapter 42

Like every other annoying morning in the camp... While eunsae was preparing herself to open the door of her room to go to her work... Something surprised her... It was hyuyoon standing there with sadness and pain wanting to explode... And when she saw eunsae until she droped herself in her imbrasse crying to summary everything happened in seconds... Eunsae's feelings changed from welcoming the morning to the wanting of its end... She was hugging hyuyoon with love... And sympathy filling her towards her sad friend... And after some minutes the commander was standing directly behind hyuyoon after she emptied all her sadness on eunsae's chest... Vicky, Tia and Min... And the commander, T.K and kangjun all of them surounding hyuyoon and eunsae like there is a tornedo will hit after a second... No one said anything except the commander speaking to hyuyoon angryly saying:

- "what are you doing here? Who gave you the permission to get back to the camp?"
Hyuyoon wiped her tears and looked at the commander begging him... Then looking at eunsae sadly... The commander came close to her and said clearly:

- "don't look to anyone... Answer me... What are you doing here?"
Hyuyoon was confused of the commander's question because this is her place... But she remembered that he wanted her to transfer with kangjun to the new house he had prepared for them so she said defending on herself stuttering:

- "I'm... So tired and I... Want to rest alittle bit between my friends... Please sir..."
Kangjun tryed to say something but the commander stoped him with a sign of his hand then said roughly to hyuyoon:

- "go to your home and there you get your comfort..."
Hyuyoon wiped some tears that reached her lips to defend herself with courage and said:

- "but sir..."

The commander didn't give her a chance as if her being in eunsae's imbrasse didn't forgive her... Even eunsae's begging eyes didn't make him change his decision... He yelled at her again saying:

- "I told you there is no place for you here... Your place is in your home with your husband that's it..."

The commander's words annoyed everybody... Because hyuyoon's condition was horrible... But hyuyoon walked with so much pain towards T.K and kangjun to take her to her new house which she didn't know what the time hiding for her in it...

Maybe the nervousness was there in the dorm even after hyuyoon left... And the sadness was controling eunsae's heart who wished if the commander was less rough on her... Everyone thought that the commander will leave too... But he stoped and looked to the four girls then said seriously:

- "Tia and Min I want to confront you of your punishment..."

Everything was nerve recking... And before Tia hear her punishment she started to cry silently... The commander standed infront of Tia and Min with mad expression... And vicky and eunsae the sadness didn't leave them... What would happen? No body know... Eunsae remembered that vicky told her that the commander would forbid them from their yearly vacation... And that won't let them see their families... How many minutes passed but the commander still didn't say anything... One step parting the commander from Tia and Min... Eunsae was standing beside them watching the commander's lips while he's about to say something... When he was about to say it... Eunsae surprisingly said with fear and sadness:

- "please sir punish me instead of them..."
Eunsae felt that the time stoped in the commander's eyes... And now he was full of anger at her... Eunsae felt that she wanted to cry while he's looking at her like this... The last thing eunsae remembered was those glowing eyes of the commander which are full of anger and disappointment that won't end... He left without saying a word... And vicky give up to the worriedness and eunsae to crying... And Tia and Min to shock and sorry...

What happened? Killing silent in the cafeterea from the morning... All the girls even hyuyoon were drinking their cups of coffee without saying anything... Each one of them was carrying a tiny sad feeling... But maybe the biggest one was with hyuyoon and eunsae who lived in a shock and separating from the one they love even though he's there... Eunsae couldn't say a word to comfort her friends even though she sacrifice alot of things... But until now she didn't what will happen to them... Vicky was looking at the girls trying to change their sadness to happiness and said calmly:

- "it's just two weeks to our vacation... And a month to my Wedding..."
Vicky's words didn't mean anything to the girls... Because the summer vacation which was given to the recurits after three years for a month will start after two weeks... But would what eunsae did give Min and Tia the right of this vacation? No body knew the truth... Hyuyoon was seeing the emptyness in eunsae's eyes like she transfered... But for the first time she couldn't do anything... Because she's also missing her goal of being in this life exactly like eunsae who finished her cup of coffee and left without saying anything...

A hall week passed with it's pain without nothing to happen... The pain and sadness is still the same on girls faces even though Min and Tia's punishment was canceled because the commander didn't talk about it at all... And also because no one saw him ever this week even his sister... Eunsae was fighting her need to keep him by her side and her fear of his reaction... That make her hurry up to the commander's room that morning wanting to apologise... While she's walking there all her memories filled her again... Her prison... The farm... The hospital... The Maintenance camp... Her friends... Her uncle... Her village... And the love of the commander which she felt that it's the only thing he will forgive her for.. Long minutes turned to hours of fear when she standed infront of his room to knock on its door calmly and shyly... Her fast heart beats which she almost count it to feel his love and her fear... And finally the door was open... Ray was standing confused but he smiled to her quickly to hide his confusion... She asked permission to enter after she greeted him... Eunsae didn't see the commander yet but she heard his voice asking who's the visitor... But he didn't give ray a chance to answer when he walked in to see who it is!?! While he's closing his shirt's bottons and looked to see eunsae standing infront of him nervous and pale... She looked at him to see the same look she saw the last time... Ray left them quietly to go to the kitchen to prepare some coffee...

- "good morning"
Eunsae greeted him with love and waited the answer which was so late before the commander say angryly:

- "what do you want?"

The sadness started to control her instead of love so she held her hand tightly with courage and steped a step closer to him and said defending on herself stuttering:

- "I wanted to..."

- "I don't wanna hear any excuse for what happened..."

The commander's voice was strong, angry like he doesn't see eunsae the girl he loved and still do... But eunsae didn't give up and tryed to ask the impossible and said again:

- "but sir..."

- "eunsae I don't want to talk about this so we won't lose each other forever..."

The commander's words were harsh on eunsae and her tears didn't give her any excuse to defend herself which she was so weak at this point... Does it even make any sense for him to say that they would lose each other for what happened? Eunsae didn't expect this to be said by the commander so she looked at him with longing and wiped her tears saying:

- "but sir it's my right to defend myself..."

The anger decreased in the commander's eyes and he steped a step closer and shout at her saying:

- "I warned you eunsae more than once to not interfere in my job and I told you that you'll lose me forever..."
Eunsae didn't say anything but she was crying while looking to the commander with misery while he was looking at her with anger saying:

- "eunsae get out..."
Eunsae felt that everything was over..and that she's standing a moment of sadness she can't handle it... What does the commander mean by this to get out of the room? Or his life? Or his heart or what? The words were fast on her tongue when she said:

- "what do you mean?"

The commander sighed and understand exactly what she's thinking so he replied to her question:

- "what ever you want..."
