Chapter 47

The quietness filling the commander's house, while he's stealing some moments to sit with his family before he leave to the camp again the next day... He was talking with his father about military life, Min was begging them to stop talking about this boring subject while the mother was glaring at her like she's ordering her to not talk that way to her brother... Suddenly the door was knocking none of them was waiting a visitor... When Min went to the garden's door to open it...
She wasn't surprise when she saw T.K standing there with a fake smile... Serious one... She welcomed him... In the house everyone of them welcomed him with a kind smile while he tryed to hide something by looking continuously to the floor and that was something the commander didn't expect from him even though he know him from years T.K sat down on the chair after the commander insist on him... While no one left because the commander's parents wanted to see their son doing his military job... Seriously Maru thought that T.K feeling a little bit shy so he offer him to sit with him alone in another room but that offer was rejected by T.K himself because he hoped that his parents would decrease the tension from the news he's carrying to the commander...
And when he know what would he do? The commander started the conversation with a smile asking about the camp and Ray... T.K was nodding to every word the commander said to tell him that everything is alright... And after getting some courage he open his mouth trying to say something but nothing came out... The commander started to get that T.K is hiding something from him... But didn't say anything to him because he's a visitor and it's not his right to be a commander on him now...
T.K felt that it's not right for him to stay silent while he's carrying a news like that so he straighten his sit and said:
-"sir... There is something I didn't tell you about it..."
Everyone looked at T.K while the fear and nervousness transfered between Min,T.K and Maru...
The commander hold the fabric of the caoch in his hand to prevent his nervousness then said:
-"is it that bad?"
T.K tryed to smile to decrease his nervousness as well looking at the commander's parents hoping from them to prevent his anger a little bit and said stuttering:
-"a little... Bit sir..."
Maru stand up quickly when his mind thought about Ray so he said with a lot of panic:
-"T.K what happened?... Did anything happened to Ray?"
-"No sir... Relax he's fine... But..."
Maru came so close to T.K without realizing how many steps he step to him... While Min was shaking scared to hear something bad... T.K tryed to decrease those emotions saying it at once:
-"sir eunsae disappeared..."
Maru's Pov:
Eunsae my love how? When? What does he mean by disappear? Is this night won't end?
End of pov...
Maru couldn't believe the news so he sat on the caoch as if he lost the hall world... He was sad... Lost... With no home... With no heart or heart beat... It was the first time tears fill his eyes so he couldn't breath... With his weak body without his soul... Maru remembered in a moment her face as if it's infront of him right now... Won't he see her again? Why his heart was too rough on her? Why he didn't listen to her? How did he spend all this time without thinking of seeing her or asking about her? How did the almond bloomed without speaking to her? How all that happened? Maru couldn't say anything... He stayed silent while Min was crying silently asking T.K how did that happened? T.K shoke his shoulders sighing with pain and said:
-"I don't know I read her name when she got back to the camp after a week from the vacation... I searched for her everywhere but didn't find her... And here is the second week is passing without knowing anything about her..."
The mother interfered for a moment as if she's about to cry and said confused:
-"who's eunsae?"
The father was waiting for the answer when he saw his son's bad, rough emotions... But the commander prevented his emotions and said angryly:
-"And Ray?"
T.K was trying to prevent the commander's anger from Ray so he said:
-"please sir don't bunish him... He's feeling so responsible for this and he's in a bad condition... He's tired"
Maru stand up with sadness and pain... He looked at T.K and said:
-"come on T.K... We should get back to the camp now..."
And in a moment Min also standed up next to her brother with sadness saying:
-"I'll go with you..."
Maru refused the idea of Min coming with them reasonning himself that he want to search for eunsae everywhere by himself... And within an hour the commander and T.K left to the camp hoping to find eunsae soon... Min felt empty sitting with her parents again without her brother... Totally empty while remembering her best friend eunsae asking herself: "where are you eunsae?"
She was trying to kick all the bad guesses from her mind and heart to feel a little bit of calmness... Her parents eyes didn't part from hers... While the voice of her father came with power asking:
-"Min tell us who is that eunsae which Maru almost lost his mind because of her?"
Min thought for a minute... Doesn't know what to say... Her father's question was embarresing a little bit so she didn't answer... But he stared at her waiting... While she was playing with her hair taft saying:
-"she's a.... She's a...."
-"she's who Min?"
-"dad I think she's..."
-"Maru's girlfriend..."
Her father's honesty was embarresing so she looked away to be face to face with her mother who has the same looks so she said:
-"I think so dad..."
Her parents felt that their son grow up and became a man who can command a whole camp and to love a beautiful woman like eunsae...

-"Ray where is eunsae?"
The commander's question to Ray was harsh even though he expect this and even though the commander knew that Ray doesn't know... No one knew anything... And here Ray conffessed that he doesn't know saying:
-"I don't know..."
Ray tryed so much to ignore the commander's glares but it didn't give him a chance to... And because he knew his friend well he was sure that he was thinking of his wedding after ten days from now or else he would do something about it... So he just said:
-"who would know then?"
Ray looked sadly at his friend and said:
-"do what ever you want and bunish me with any bunishment... Prevent my wedding if you want... But I want to know anything about eunsae and where is she I'm so worried about her too..."
And when there eyes met Maru cryed hardly on his friend's shoulder... He couldn't prevent those tears then he said hardly because of the tears:
-"I don't ask you because I'm angry I just want someone to comfort me about her..."
Ray came close to Maru feeling his pain then he hugged him tightly saying:
-"don't worry my friend I'm sure she's fine and she'll be back soon..."
Ray couldn't say more than that even though he was more worried about her specially that eunsae didn't leave the camp as the reports says... Then where did she go?
