Chapter 45

Maru's eyes didn't part from Ray who was preparing himself to lead the camp in the first two weeks of the vacation instead of him... While the commander will lead the camp in the second two weeks so Ray would prepare for his wedding...
Maru's feelings were clear and Ray felt that he saw the sadness in his eyes... But he was waiting for him to conffess it all so he can be relieved... That's why he was quiet all the time ... Until the commander said stoping his thoughts:
-"why are you insisting on tortureing me?"
The commander's voice was sad as if Ray was hearing it for the first time... He looked at him continuously and said:
-"Me?... Maru... How could the body torture its soul?"
-"but you didn't tell me anything about eunsae..."
Ray was quiet for a moment... Waiting to escape from the question and the answer... But he doesn't has any chance to... Because in the end everything have to be revealed...
Ray sat down and hold his friend's hand to sit beside him saying:
-"as for her health she's good and she was released from the hospital... But her heart feelings are so bad... That's what I read in her eyes the last time I saw her... She defently made a mistake... But..."
Maru stoped Ray with a sign of his hand and said sharply:
-"No Ray... I warned her more than once not to interfere in my job and to not mix between my love to her and my position here in the camp as a commander... And she didn't listen... So she had to pay for her mistakes..."
Ray looked up to his friend and whispered lovingly saying:
-"you're still in love with her?"
Maru smiled... And sighed with longing and said:
-"more than anything..."
The time passed fastly... Except for eunsae... Who was late on perpose to not meet the commander when he come to take Min... So when Min left she prepared herself and got down to the dorm back yard to get in the car that will take her with her friends to their village...
The three girls sat in the car with a smile on their faces remembering those moments that companied them when they came to the camp for the first time... Eunsae continued those memories by saying sadly:
-"I wish we never been accepted here and never came..."
-"why eunsae?"
Vicky replied confused... While eumsae was looking to the camp after everyone left it and said:
-"we were more happy and the life didn't ruin our beautiful days..."

Hyuyoon closed the bag and put it a side waiting for kangjun who walked to her to take her to their village... She suddenly stoped and looked to kangjun saying:
-"I'll go to see my parents for a week... But..."
Kangjun was listening to her interstingly... And he wanted her to continue so he said:
-"but what?"
-"but I don't want to see you in that week..."
Hyuyoon felt a little bit of regret seeing kangjun nodding agreeing then said:
-"as you wish..."
But she didn't step any step away she was still standing while he's looking at her again to hear what she want to say but he was surprised when she said with alittle bit of anger:
-"as if you liked the idea... Or you was waiting for it..."
Kangjun felt that hyuyoon wanted to bother him... So he said with no patience:
-"I think it's not the right time to fight... You're so weird you requested something and I agreed to it just for you... But you got angry because I did... What should I do for you?"
Hyuyoon hold her bag and left the house saying:
-"Nothing... I don't want anything from you..."

The village still beautiful like every ending of the winter and the begining of another season... Eunsae didn't think that every mile they passed away from the camp she will get more sad... What a strange theory... How we get sad when we're apart from our sadness? Is that because it's now a piece of us? Or because we get apart from our lovers who made that sadness? Eunsae was trying to forget what happened in those three years... Wait... What does the commander is thinking right now? Did he forgot his longing to her? How did all this time passed and he didn't ask about her? Maybe he doesn't have anytime to remember the person he love... What  love?! She became a part of his history which he fold it forever... She asked herself; what if the commander forgot his love to me?!... How should I live? How should my days pass? I can't live without him...
Vicky and Tia welcomed the village with happiness... Eunsae didn't regret about what she sacrificed to her friend Tia... When she saw her happiness... And when eunsae arrived to her house she dropped herself in her mother's lap smelling her beautiful scent that she missed...
Eunsae's voice was tired... That's why she didn't say anything from the moment she came... But she hide her pains behind the hot shower she took relieving her weak body... Then she released herself on her warm bed... The sunsit was beautiful she kept watching it threw the window until Rome came eunsae expected him knocking on the door but she didn't move looking at that guy who was standing on her door happily saying with reproach:
-"you're here from a long time and I don't know..."
Eunsae smirked before sighing with sadness and said:
-"no body cared about me anymore uncle..."
-"except me... My dear..."
Eunsae's tears started to fall heavily without knowing how many tears she cryed... Eunsae sat on the bed wiping her tears when she saw her mother entering her room to tell them that dinner is ready... She nodded and moved silently with her uncle who stand up beside her whispering:
-"I didn't see your smile from a long time..."
-"there's still two years to get back here forever... Maybe then you'll see it always..."
-"how can you bare with all this sadness and pain my dear?"
Her expression answered all his questions... Which he knew its answers...

It was a beautiful morning in Maru's house... He was sitting in his room welcoming his first day in his own house with his parents that he didn't see them from a long time... What was he thinking? That's what Min asked him while she's holding some colourful flowers in her beautiful hand... He looked at her lovingly and smiled replying on her question saying:
-"I'm not thinking in any important thing..."
Min looked at him mocking him that she know exactly that he's thinking of eunsae... So she said:
-"maybe you're thinking of eunsae?"
Maru was playing with the beautiful flowers that she put them in a vase beside him to escape from his sister's question... Shaking his head as a No... And that made Min pull the chair infront of her and sat on it saying:
-"that's strange!!..."
-"what's the strange thing?"
-"today is eunsae's birthday... Doesn't she deserve your care and love to her?"
-"No..."
-"brother please don't be rough..."
The seriousness started to control Maru while he's looking at his sister saying:
-"I wish you shut up... It's enough what she did and you were the reason of what happened..."
-"good morning..."
They looked at the mother who was standing happily watching her kids sitting calmly together so they replied:
-"good morning mom..."
The mother went close to her son kissing and hugging him not wanting to part from him any moment and said:
-"will you sit with us for a morning coffee,my Maru?"
-"of course... I'm putting everything in my life a side just for your smile..."
Min was watching the situation with some kindness and mocking... So she interfered saying:
-"except for...!!"
Maru glared at her... Then stoped walking with his mother hand still in his saying:
-"except what Min?"
-"No nothing... But we're now in our home... You're not my sir and I'm not a recurit for you..."
Their conversation was bothering the mother feeling that there is something she doesn't understand in the subject... So she said boringly:
-"I never allow you to annoy your brother...so stop..."
Maru looked at his sister with victory who went to the room door saying:
-"dad will protect me from your alliance against me..."

A week passed from the month and eunsae still stalking every ring of the phone which catch her heart with every ring... But if it wasn't who she want... She will start to calm her heart beat... She didn't feel happy anymore even that she's in her village with her uncle and mom... She was in a state of shock... She didn't get yet that everything was over that easily... Because she forgot everything... Except the commander's promise of their wedding to be when the Almond trees blossom... Here it is blooming... Eunsae was watching it everyday... Fearing to open the window and not find its beautiful white colour filling the place... How many days remained until fruition? Everyday she ask her mother but she doesn't wait for an answer so that her mom won't tell her that few days and everything will end.
