chapter 13

in that beautiful night the guys were all staying up until midnight in the camp... but this day was special because siwoo came to the camp for two days... and also because kangjun the new secruits and maru and ray's old friend came to the camp... all the eyes were on kangjun who always was having with him a beautiful new atmosphere and his strange funny conversations never end... moving from a news to another and from a conversation to another with no bored...maru was always happy to accompanied this funny friend like he always said he like to tease him always:

- " kangjun tell us... what are you carrying from news to us?"

maru asked kangjun in all the chaos around him and smiley faces that turned to listen to kangjun... who looked to the moon light and think then he said:

- " my friends they say that the lover is the only one who can't live without his soul mate..."

everyone was silent and looked again at kangjun then to eachother thinking even maru who was thinking for long time then he smiled and said:

- " we are not lovers to be sure of your words"

ray stand up refusing about what maru said and he said:

- "I'm a lover and i announce my love to you all clearly... i don't deny"

the debate has raged and that made kangjun to intervene and said:

-"all of us are lovers sir...here is the almond tree is not showing its beauty but in the last harsh winter... and it's a lover hide her love and passion in the rigors of winter just like us... we hide our love behind our hearts and behind the light of this beautiful moon"

- "almond tree"

maru freezed after those words.. he remembered seohyun... and eunsae that girl who left from long time so no one knew anything about her... maru flush those thoughts from his mind and said to siwoo to change the love subject:

- "siwoo tell me... if your horses got angry how can you please it?"

all the guys looked at siwoo to hear the answer except kangjun who stared at maru hiding behind his stare alot of words.

siwoo sat straight and sipped alittle pf his coffe then said:

- "i don't think too much in pleasing them..."

- "but if you want to..."

- "i give it a cube of sugar"

- "good idea"

maru liked the sugar idea... but what attract him was kangjun's strange staring on him he smiled to hide something in his mind then said:

- "is there anything wrong , kangjun?"

- "no... nothing sir"

- " then why are you looking at me those strange looks?"

- "I'm afraid that if I'll be honest with you'll get angry at me..."

- "no... i won't... but say it"

kangjun collect his courage and some of his boldness in a sneaky smile then said:

- "you question... was to change our conversation about love... but it appear in your question that you are a lover man who love so strongly... maybe drunk lover"

the words from kangjun was a shock to the commander and the guys, maru couldn't say anything infront of his friend words... but he shoke his head again and again in refusal... but he was smiling inside his heart...

the hot drops of water were geting down to eunsae's body to make her feel a life again, specialy when she go to her bed after a hard working day... the girls of the camp didn't see her smile except in this time everything was quiet after eunsae finished her work and went to her bed to get ready for a new day... suddenly her room mate mary helding a tray of the cups of tea on it infront of her face telling her to compine her in drinking a cup of tea... eunsae got close to her colleagues to drink a cup of tea with them... mary cut the quietness when she asked eunsae saying:

- "eunsae, can i ask you a question?"

- "of course"

eunsae answered politly...

- "why can't you adapt with us even you spend a hall month here in the camp?"

she got confused of what can she answer, so she was thinking for a moment then said:

- "i don't know maybe because of the big different between the two camps... they are both cool and i like them but there is my friends that i accustomised with them maybe it's just accustomise problem"

mary smiled... that quiet girl who everybody went to her to solve there problems and she has a place in eunsae's heart so she said:

- "dear... our life is short we can't split it to two sections a moment of happiness and meeting the ones we love and the other half spend it in sadness about those moments, it's not nessesary to be happy just in the happy moments, why can't we be happy while waiting for it?... search my dear about the happiness or make it by yourself, don't stay like this until the months ends... we love you andd happy to know you... but our jobs make us like machines without soul..."

mary's words was like a shock to eunsae, her words are totally true.... so she decided to live a new happy life and learn new things, while not caring about the days that left and became past...
