38. Stuck.

Lunas POV

Amber fainted and everyone gasped, all the death eaters let go of us and started fighting us while Harry went and tried to find Sirius.

Bellatrix continued to throw spells at Amber so I quickly shot a stun spell at her, so I could go get Amber and find my way out of the Ministry.

Once we got back to Hogwarts I carried her to the hospital wing immediately.

"Oh dear what happened?" Madam Pomfrey asked as she took Amber from my arms and put her onto one of the beds.

"Well uhm she fainted when a few jinxes were thrown at her." I watched as she began checking regular things.

"Goodness okay, I'll make a few potions and see if any of them will restore her strength." She scurried away and I walked over to Amber.

Her lip and nose are bleeding, she has a huge cut across her face and her clothes are blood soaked. Madam Pomfrey stopped the bleeding from most of the cuts but Amber still looked lifeless.

Madam Pomfrey kept asking me questions that I couldn't answer because it would give away the mission we were on. I kept making up lies until she told me I could leave.

Everyday for an entire week I went and checked on her and she had no signs of waking up. I soon started to become worried.

What is she never woke up...

A few others also checked on her and would hound Madam Pomfrey for answers why she isn't waking up.

She didn't know either.

Fred's POV

Amber hasn't woken for days.

I checked on her once when she first arrived back but I didn't want anyone to see me with her so I haven't gone since.

I needed to see her again.

I'm starting to get extremely worried about her. Even Madam Pomfrey doesn't know what's wrong.

I quickly made my way from the Gryffindor tower to the hospital wing, checking to make sure the coast was clear.

Amber was the only person in the wing at the moment.

Perfect.

I sat down in the chair next to her bed and gripped her hand before burying my head in her chest.

"Amber please wake up, please..."

My voice became raspy as tears soaked my eyes.

"Amber I'm still in love with you okay? I don't know if you know this but..." I looked up at her lifeless looking face. Her face seemed to be getting paler. "I never stopped loving you. I never wanted to leave you. The truth is, these past few weeks I've been dying not hanging out everyday like we normally did, I feel like I've lost you..."

A few tears ran down my face as I sniffled. I let go of her hand, quickly stood up and hugged her around her waist, pulling her up to me as I sobbed.

"Please Amber I beg of you. Please wake up." I laid her back down on her hospital bed continuing to hug her.

"I need you back in my life..."

I felt arms grab me harshly, and Amber screamed.

I quickly looked up to see Amber screaming loudly, her nails digging into my back and her eyes closed tightly.
