Freckle Kisses - Charlight

"Stand still Light!!" Charli whined out as she grasped Light's cheeks, keeping his head still.

"I just do not understand why you want to count my freckles, they are not a big deal." The lavender haired boy muttered in reply, trying not to move his head.

"Because." She replied shortly as she restarted her counting.

Light stood still as the ginger haired girl counted his freckles, his eyes remained locked on anything but her.

'Gosh she was gorgeous.' He thought to himself as he began to fidget with his hoodie strings.

"Four... Five... Six!" Charli's words came back to him as he zoned back in.

"You have six freckles Light!" The shorter girl said happily as she locked her eyes with his.

"Oh. Yea. Nice." He sputtered out, wanting to look away, but not wanting to break the enchantment that he was feeling in that moment.

The lavender haired boy watched as Charli took some steps back, giving him space again. He looked away quickly, his cheeks turning a soft pink.

Light felt something warm touch him. He glanced back to see the ginger haired girl giving him quick pecks on each freckle that was on his right cheek.

"Turn your head the other way." Charli said giddily. He did as told, not sure why.

Once again, she gave him 3 quick pecks on his remaining freckles. She stepped back with a big smile on her face.

"What was that for?" Light asked confused. He could still feel the warmth of Charli's lips on his cheeks.

"Hehe, I just think your freckles are cute. I could kiss them any day!" She replied happily.

"Hmmm... Y'know I think it's cuter to call them 'Chocolate drops!" She said, her smile growing even bigger.
