I abruptly woke up drenched in a cold sweat. Another nightmare. Quickly, I got out of bed and stepped out of my room. Still sleepy, I walked around until I found myself in front of a door. Do I really want to do this? Before I could chicken out, I knocked on the door and waited until the person inside opened up.

"Isabel? What are you doing up this late?" Denki asked, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.

"I had another nightmare." That woke him right up.

"You did?"
"Yeah."

"Do you want to talk about it?"

"No, I just want to sleep. Can I crash here tonight?"

"Of course, let me just get the futon out." He said as he let me inside. I knew what he was doing.

"You are not sleeping on the floor, Denki." I said.

"You expect us to share the bed?"
"It's not like we're going to do anything. We're just going to sleep like civilized people." I said, laying down on his bed. It was quite comfy.

"Fine. I'll just lock the door just in case someone decides to open up."

"Whatever helps you sleep, Sparky." I closed my eyes and tried falling asleep but I couldn't. Opening them, I could see Denki trying to keep a good amount of distance between us. "Denki."

"Yeah?"

"You're making this very awkward and it makes it hard to sleep."

"Am I? Sorry."

"It's fine, really. Besides, it's not the first time I've fallen asleep in your arms."

"It isn't?"

"It isn't. I remember I basically passed out at the hospital in Okinawa."

"Yeah, you did. Where exactly are you going with this?"

"I just want to feel like everything is right with the world, to feel secure. To make sure I'm actually safe and not with those villains. I need to know that this isn't a dream and when I wake up, I'm not with them." Denki suddenly wrapped his arms around me and pulled me close. I tensed up a bit at the sudden action. My head was now resting on his chest. The sound of his heartbeat and his mango pineapple scent overcame my senses as I felt myself relax.

"Is this okay?" He asked.

"It's more than okay." I felt myself smile as I slowly drifted off to sleep. "Thank you, Denki."

The next morning I found myself staring at my glass of milk.

"Why are you staring at that glass of milk?" Kirishima asked.

"I'm waiting to see if it'll explode using my mind powers."

"Seriously?"

"No Shitty Hair, she's debating whether to drink it or not because she's lactose intolerant."
