Castelle's POV

Habang naglalakad ako papuntang office ni Dr. Enzo ay nagco-construct na ko ng sentence sa isip ko kung pano ko sasabihin sa kanya yung tungkol kay Hannah, at kung gaano siya nito gustong makausap.

Though I am sure that Dr. Enzo will not like that I also think na kailangan talaga nilang makapag-usap or they will regret it for the rest of their lives.

When I am already in front of Dr. Enzo's office, I took a deep breath before knocking.

*knock! knock!*

"It's me, Dr. Lee," sabi ko, and the door immediately opened with Ethan holding the knob. 

"You..."

Why is he here?? And not just him but there are two nurses as well who were sitting on the sofa. 

They are Nurse Kim and Nurse Jen, the two nurses who were assigned to Little Fella at that time when he was hospitalized.

No way! Paano kong makakausap si Dr. Enzo nito about that matter? 🤦

"Yo! You're finally here. Come... come and sit down," he says and suddenly pushed me towards the sofa where the nurses are and pressed me to sit down across the two of them before sitting beside me.

"The two of you looked really close Dr. Paez and Dra. Lee. Hihihihi." Biglang sabi ni Nurse Jen na ikinalingon ko at nakita sila ni Nurse Kim na may ngiting mapanukso.

Nagulat naman ako ng may biglang umakbay sakin, "Of course, we've known each other since high school, right Elle?" He asked with his happy-go-lucky smile on his face.

Pasimple kong tinanggal ang pagkakaakbay niya saka ako tumango at ngumiti kila Nurse Jen at Nurse Kim.

"Wooooow! Like high school sweethearts?" Sabi ni Nurse Kim.

"Definitely not," agad na tanggi ko habang sinabakan naman ng tawa ni Ethan bago siya sumagot.

"Hahahaha, not with me but with my best friend."

"Ohhh... is he Dra. Lee's first love?" tanong ni Nurse Jen saka tumingin kay Nurse Kim. Both of them have curiosity and excitement in their eyes. As if they are discovering a very amazing thing.

Tumango lang ako bilang sagot sa kanyang tanong at nagtilian naman silang dalawa na parang kinikiliti.

"They really looked good together, you know." Ethan says at kumindat pa sa kanila.

*sighs!*

"He must be very handsome, Dr. Paez, since Dra. Lee is very pretty." Sabi ni Nurse Kim.

"Of course. Mas gwapo nga lang ako. Hahaha." Mayabang na sabi ni Ethan at may pagtawa pa.

"Hmm. Then it must be the opposite. Kyaaaahhhh." Sabi ni Nurse Jen at nag-appear pa sila ni Nurse Kim.

"Hey! Mas gwapo ako okay?" Sabi ni Ethan pero hindi naman siya pinansin nung dalawa.

"Then where is he now? Are you still together Dra. Lee??" -Nurse Jen.

"He's with my twin sister now. In fact, they're getting married soon." walang ganang sabi ko na ikinatahimik nila especially Ethan.

"Ouch! That hurts!" -Nurse Jen.

"Oh my gosh! That's terrible." -Nurse Kim.

Their happy expression from earlier with full of roses turned into sadness after hearing what I had said.

"It's okay. I've already moved on." Sabi ko with no bitter feelings or whatever.

"But still... he is your first love but he ended up with your twin sister. If that was me, I can't bear that." -Nurse Kim.
