The Deep Oneshots Part 1

So I was thinking, what if instead of Kai adopting random dragons, random dragons adopt Alpheus.

Alpheus and Kai were walking through some old tunnels, Kai seemed a little uncomfortable in the tunnels but Alpheus though it was because the tunnels were a lot smaller than the ones she was use too. They had been walking for about 20 minutes when they came across a dragon nest.

"Oh that's not good."

Alpheus recognised the eggs almost instantly. They were whispering death eggs.

"Come on Kai we need to go."

Alpheus turned to leave and came face to face with a whispering.

"Ha ha, nice dragon."

The whispering death looked Alpheus up and down then dragged him to her nest.

"Hey! Kai help me!"

Kai just looked at the whispering death, as it began to heard her into the nest too. Kai didn't seen to mind and ran towards the nest.

"Really Kai?"

The whispering death, who Alpheus called Molly, would try to feed Alpheus and wouldn't let me leave the nest. When the eggs finally hatched Alpheus managed to get away Kai followed. He thought it was just a one time thing, he was wrong.

Alpheus was walking through a forest, he wasn't paying attention he heard a loud crack he looked up to see a tree falling towards him, he put his arms over his head and waited to be hit, when he was pulled out of the way.

He looked behind him to see a silver phantom, it looked at him curiously. As Alpheus walked away it followed. The silver phantom who Alpheus named ghost, followed him all the way back to his sub, the whole way there ghost was making sure Alpheus was safe, Ghost wouldn't let Alpheus out of his sight. When Alpheus finally got back Kai looked very amused. Ghost decided to stay with Alpheus, he helped Kai keep Alpheus out of trouble.

The next time he was adopted he was just minding his own business when a hackatoo came out of nowhere and dragged him up a tree to its nest. Alpheus had to wait there for hours until Kai and Ghost came looking for him. The hackatoo Alpheus named woody came along Alpheus wasn't surprised anymore.

As it turns out thunder drums love to have their tummys scratched Alpheus found this out when one dragged him back to her nest where she already has 3 babys. Alpheus got to spend the day playing with baby dragons while Kayda had to work on the sanctuary.

"Looks great Kayda."

"You could help you know."

"I would but these dragons have adopted me."

Kayda roles her eyes but she couldn't say much baby dragons had a habit of claiming her as their mother.

"Well this razorwhip won't get off my back but I'm still working."

"You know they'll just drag me back."

Kayda smiled.

"Yea yea, you owe me."

"I know. "

Alpheus was in a forest again, he needed a brake from the dragons, but of course Alpheus never gets a brake.

"Oh hello there."

Alpheus walked out into a clearing and came face to face with a typhoomerang. The typhoomerang looked at Alpheus for a second before gently picking him up.

"Oh no, not again."

Kai found Alpheus 3 hours later curled up beside a typhoomerang. Kai just sat down beside him.

Both Alpheus and Kayda's life has been taken over by dragons. They don't have a say anymore. Kayda takes care of a lot of baby dragons because they just show up.
