The Deep Oneshots Part 1

Hydra and Jeffrey

It was a normal day on the Aronnax, the Nektons had decided to head to a small reef, they go there every now and again when they needed a break. Fontaine and Ant had headed out for a swim, Jeffrey of course came along.

Jeffrey was out swimming in the a small reef, he had gotten very use to this reef he knew the lay out well. He was heading to his favourite coral cluster when he saw hydra off in the distance. Jeffrey decided to swim towards them, when he got there he smiled at Hydra, she looked a little frighten so Jeffrey decided to take her to the coral. He swam towards it and Hydra followed.

When they got there Jeffrey showed Hydra how to get inside he was very surprised when she fit through one of the smallest cracks. He couldn't even fit through it and Hydra was a lot bigger than him. After darting around the coral for a while the two decided to go see what else they could find. They eventually came across the Nektons again and Jeffrey and Hydra had and idea.

Ant was swimming peacefully, he'd only just noticed Jeffrey was missing but he wasn't to worried he knew Jeffrey would be back soon. He thought he heard something and turned around only to be grabbed by a giant octopus.

"FONTAINE HELLP!!"

Fontaine turned around and saw her brother being hugged by an octopus. She started laughing when Jeffrey appeared beside him.

"NOT FUNNY FONTAINE!!"

"Oh it is very funny Ant. Look even Jeffrey agrees!!"

Ant yelped when Hydra suddenly shot up towards the Aronnax. He screamed the whole way up and Fontaine could not stop laughing even Jeffrey looked amused.

When Kaiko and Will realised the octopus was Hydra they knew Dolos must be nearby. They reluctantly started searching for him. Hydra stayed with her hew friend and Ant decided to teach her some tricks.

"All you gotta do is jump through the hoop, it's easy show her Jeffrey!"

Jeffrey swam up and jumped through the hoop, he then turned to his friend. Hydra looked confused for a moment then copied Jeffrey, she was surprised when the human boy cheered for her. He then tossed her something, she didn't recognise it but Jeffrey gestured for her to eat it and so she did. She was surprised at how good it tastes and immediately tried to get more.

"Hydra, you can have more if you can jump through the hoop again!"

The boy held up the hoop again and she immediately jumped through.

"Good Hydra wowho!"

He tossed her another treat. Hydra was starting to like this kid.

And I'm gonna leave it here.

I might not upload for a few days ive got a little bit of writes block at the moment but I'll be back soon!!
