Monday morninggggg, I have a love hate relationship with all of that. That is for sure but hey I've got people by my side so it'll pass
"Morning boysss" I called walking over to them, I glanced across to corridor to see where Riley was. To my surprise she wasn't at her locker
"Where is little lady?" Hunter asked noticing my gaze
"I have no clue, Eldon man? Do you know?" I asked and he shook his head
"Strange" West replied
I sent Riley a text to see where she was but I am still yet to receive a reply
"How was the surprise?" Eldon asked and I nodded confidently 
"It was great, Riley seemed to love it. How was the party?" I asked, for once the school was barely whispering about this weekend
"It didn't go ahead, Michelle called it off last minute" Daniel said making me furrow my brows at him

"Why are you doing this?" I hear a familiar voice say, it was Riley. I turned my gaze to where the voice was coming from. I could see her walking up the corridor with her father
"Is that her dad?" Eldon asked and I nodded
"What is going on there?" West asked and I shrugged
"I should be allowed to choose" Riley said opening her locker
"You wanted this to happen Riley, you don't get to get it all handed to you" her dad explained. I would go over there but from the look on Riley's face, she wouldn't want that 
"Now where is the office?" He dad said as she slammed her locker shut
"If you are going to do this then I take it back" She said trying to sweet talk him
"It's too late Riley" He replied
"Now office." He said dryly.
"Should we be worried?" I said to Eldon
"I have no idea James. I've never seen her dad like this" he answered, that was not the answer I wanted

"I don't care" I said slamming my door shut
"Don't go slamming doors in my house madam!" My dad called after me opening the door again
"Your house? Thought you were moving out" I called making him narrow my eyes at him
"WE are moving out" He called
"I don't want to. I change my mind. I want to stay here with mum" I said and Dad shook his head
"You wanted us to finalise the divorce Riley. We are doing that but I'm not losing my daughter over it. I stayed here for this long for you" He called
"I never asked you to do that! I have a life here, I've built a foundation and you are about to smash that entire thing up" I yelled at him
"You can build a new one" he replied and I shook my head

"No dad, I'm not leaving. You can't force me to either" I replied and Dad's gaze turned into a glare
"Riley, don't do this" He said and I looked at him once more
"You are the one doing this. I just wanted you and mum to stop arguing, I didn't want you two to stay together to pick each other apart, to continue to be unhappy. I didn't realise me fixing your happiness was going to destroy mine" I replied
Dad didn't say anything, he looked a little taken back by the situation
"Get packing Riley..." He muttered before exiting 

I knew that school had ended and the boys would most likely be at the park. I hadn't been able to text James back because my dad keeps trying to sneak on my phone. Very unsuccessfully might I add
"Hey Riley!" West called as soon as I was close enough they could see me, I smiled in their direction before taking a seat next to James
"Where were you today?" Daniel asked and I sighed
"It's a long story" I replied
"What happened with your dad?" Eldon asked
"That's an even longer story" I chuckled lightly hoping I would be able to get away with this
"Come here a sec" James said almost dragging me away

"What's going on Ri?" James asked and I sighed taking his hands into mine before looking up at him
"My parents are getting a divorce" I replied and he looked at me a little confused
"Isn't that what you wanted though? What's going on?" He asked and he was right
I told my parents I wouldn't them to put their happiness first and if being together didn't make them happy then they should just call it quits
But i didn't' know that them calling it quits would mena I would have to move 4 hours away
"My Dad is expecting me to move with him. Moving 4 hours away from here" I said allowing tears to form in my eyes
"What? No" James answered pulling me straight into his chest
I didn't want to leave him, I didn't want to lose him
But I also don't know how to get out of this
"I'll think of something Riley, I promise" He said pressing his lips against my forehead
I don't think my dad knows what he is doing if he pulls us apart.
