Chapter 30: The amount of pills I'm taking, counteracts the booze I'm drinking

Gerards POV: After driving for hours we made it to the first official MCR concert. We all had a small backstage area to put on our makeup and get ready so me and the guy were back there. The girls went to get something to drink. I dug through my bag until I found the pills I needed and took 2. Frank looked over at me with a disappointed face but went back to doing what he was doing. I grabbed a some beer and chugged it down. "Alright guys. I'm ready." I said. They all nodded and grabbed there instruments. We walked onstage and saw that it was PACKED. I smirked and lifted the microphone up. "WHAT IS GOING ON MOTHERFUCKERS?" I yelled to the crowd. Cheers erupted from them and people even started trying to climb onstage.

"YOU MOTHERFUCKER SEEMS TO BE DOING GOOD. ARE YOU FUCKING READY?" I yelled. They started screaming. "I CAN'T HEAR YOU! ARE YOU MOTHERFUCKERS READY?!?" I yelled even louder. The place erupted with cheers and screams. "Alright everyone. The first song we're gonna play is called Honey This Mirror Isn't Big Enough For The Two Of Us." I said into the mic. Everyone started playing the opening. I walked to each side of the stage the booze finally kicking. I can still remember the lyrics but the booze and the pills make it all easier.

I continued with the song while Frank jumped around on stage, Ray headbanged, and Mikey stayed in place. The song ended and we kept on in the exact order of the tracklist. After the concert ended I still felt energetic. I saw Y/N waiting for me backstage and Jaden was hugging Mikey, not really caring hiw sweaty he was. I walked over to Y/N and smiled hugging her. "Hey. You did great out there." She said. I smiled at her and broke the hug. "Thanks. I try." I told her. She looked up at my face and her smile dropped. "Why the hell are your eyes red?" She asked. Uh oh. "I just got something in my eye. No big deal." I told her. "Gerard Arthur Way you tell me what you did right now." She said with a stern look on her face. I started getting really pissed. "Its doesn't matter. Drop it." I told her walking away.

Y/N POV: Something up with him. I'm gonna find out what happened right now. I walked over to Frank and tapped his shoulder. "Frank what did Gerard do before the show?" I asked him. He turned extremely pale. "He uh... He took some pills.... And drank 2 entire bottles of booze..." He told me scratching the back of his neck. I felt my face turn red.

"He did what?!"
