CHAPTER 26

Khyrieze Llanelli Villaraigosa's POV

"What?!" gulat na reaction nila matapos kong sabihin ang aking pakay. I know it's too fast but I just wanted to make her mine. Nararamdaman ko din naman na may pag asa ako cause if I don't? She'll never let me touch her.

"Liligawan ko po si Rian" paglilinaw kong muli. Nagkatinginan naman silang lahat maliban kay Daryl and Tita Ari, pinapakain kasi ni tita si Daryl. Habang si Daryl, malamang hindi naman kami naiintindihan, busy kasi ito sa pagkain.

"Seriously? Hindi paba kayo?!" Kuya Daris asked then look at Rian. Umiling naman dito si Rian bilang tugon.

" I thought you're already dating my daughter that's why you're here, para ipapakilala ka na niya" naiiling na sabi ng Daddy nila. Napakamot nalang ako sa aking ulo dahil bigla akong nahiya. So all this time they assumed that I am dating Rian.

"Seriously Dad? Kuya? Ganyan lang reactions niyo? Aren't you supposed to be mad and asked why Rian is entertaining a girl?!" naiinis naman na sita ni kuya Dave sa kanila. Bahagya akong napayuko because of what he have said. Yan ba yung may gusto sakin? Tsk!

"And what's the problem with that? Dave ha, you're being rude" Tita Ari said with a warning look. Napaayos tuloy ng upo si Kuya Dave. "Well for me, it's fine. Plus you're a trustworthy person I've got to known. Isa lang naman ang pakiusap ko, be patient and don't make her cry because of your own stupidity" nakangiting tugon nito sakin. Marahan naman akong tumango bilang tugon.

"Me either, It's fine with me, especially that I'm not really the one who should decide. Of course, it's our father" Kuya Daris said after I looked at him accidentally. Tapos lumingon naman ito sa Dad nila bago tumango.

"It's never me, it should be Rian. And as I see, my daughter is happy. What is the point of stopping you." her father says. Hindi ko maiwasang mapangiti. Napalingon naman ako kay Rian na tahimik lang din.

"Thank you po Tita, Tito and mga kuya. I promise, I'll do everything I could just to prove to all of you that you gave her in the right hand." I sincerely said. I saw them smile kaya nag boost ang confidence ko.

"Do it, don't make a promise" masungit na sagot ni kuya Dave bago nagbaling ng tingin sa pagkain. Tango at ngiti lang ang sinukli ko dito.

"Don't mind her Hija, welcome to the family!" Tita Ari giggled.

"Family na po natin si Ate K?" inosenteng tanong ni Daryl. Tumango naman si Tita Ari dito.

"Yes, because she's ate Rian's girlfriend" pagpaoakiwanag ni tita dito.

"Mom! She's not my girlfriend" Rian corrected her. Kaya napaiwas ako ng tingin.

"Not yet, ayaw mo ba? Sabihin mo ng maaga para ako nalang ang poporma" Kuya Dave said na nagpabigla saming lahat. "What?" he asked. Oh skoot!

Biglang lumapit si Rian sakin and pulled me closer to her. "Shut up, hindi ka magugustuhan nito dahil palagi mo siyang sinusungitan!" pikon na sabi niya kaya napatawa kami. Well I guess I judge her brother first. Okay naman pala ito, maybe he was just shock. "Sige tumawa ka, masaya ka?" she whispered to me. Napahinto maman ako and cleared my throat.

"Masaya ko sayo" I said then kissed her forehead.

"Hoy! Nililigawan mo palang yung kapatid ko!" biro ni Kuya Daris. Napakamot naman ako sa batok ko. Damn! If you only knew kuya.

"Don't smile like that! Baka mahalata ka nila, puputulan talaga kita!" mariin na bulong ni Rian sakin. Bahagya naman akong lumayo dito at alanganing ngumiti. Damn! She's crazy!

My stay in Rasmussen house went well. After we ate nag movie marathon naman kami until the time that I have to go. I could say that I didn't expect her parents approval because I expected the worst. But whatever happens, I will definitely fight for her especially after what happened between us. I could say that I have a chance, I know, deep within, there's a place in her heart that I already occupied. Maybe she's making sure of something I don't know.

"You look happy, what happened" Agad naman akong napalingon kay Daddy na tumabi sakin dito sa bench sa garden. Almost dinner na pero nandito lang ako sa labas looking at the starts and remembering every single details that happened last night. Up until now, I can't still believe what was just happened.

"I have to tell you something" pag amin ko.

"What is it?" he asked and faced me.

"Are you going to be mad if I'll court Rian?" I asked straightly. Bahagya pa itong nagulat sa tinanong ko. I know naman na they will support me. Nagkaroon lang talaga ng misunderstanding nung nakaraan but after we talked about it, everything were settled.

"Are you serious with her?" he asked not answering my question. Bigla tuloy akong kinabahan, tila ba ang confidence ko kanina ay biglang naglaho hearing him sounded too serious.

"I do, and I just can't stay there being just her friend" I said honestly. Tumango tango naman ito bago ngumiti.

"Well, if that's the case, I will not. Who am I to stop you from being happy, just don't give everything you have for the sake of love. Always put something for yourself" he said before tapping my back and stand up. "Kumain na muna tayo, kailangan ipaalam mo rin sa kanila yung binabalak mo. Especially to your Mom. Alam mo naman magreact yun" he said. Nakahinga naman ako ng maluwag. Pumasok na kami at umupo sa spot namin. Dad just nodded at me as a sign to start a conversation.

"Mom, mga ate... I'd like to inform you that I already courting Rian" I started as we started eating. Everyone accidentally drop their spoon and pork except Daddy.

"Pardon?" si ate Elia ang unang naka-recover.

"Nililigawan ko na si Rian" Seryosong sabi ko. Napainom naman ng tubig si Ate Hyve bago lumingon kay Mommy.

"Did something happened last night? Nahuli ba kayo at kailangan panagutan mo?" Pagbibiro ni Ate Lalein kaya naman nasamid ako. Damn! Kahit kelan talaga tong babae nato.

"Ate! Jeez! Kumakain tayo, at wala hindi kami magkatabi nung natulog" Pagsisinungaling ko pero ngumiti lang ito ng nakakaloko. She really knew me, but I knew her too na hindi siya magsasalita.

"Really? I thought she have a boyfriend. Tsk! Baka kamag-anak niya lang pala." napalingon naman ako kay ate Hyve na biglang nagsalita without looking directly at me.

"What do you mean?" I asked frowning.

"Nothing. Just be careful and watch her all the time. Ayoko naman sirain yung kaligayahan mo so you can date her" seryosong sabi nito without answering my questions and clearing her words.

"Do you know something I should know?" I said directly. Umiling lang ito. "Then why are you talking like that?" naiinis na sabi ko.

Lumingon ito sakin at ngumiti. "It's just a reminder, chill" tumango nalang ako but her words got stuck in me. Did she saw Rian with someone? Or Rian actually have a boyfriend? Damn! Hindi ko nga pala siya tinanong if she have! Pero we had sex and told me that she never kissed someone. Aish! Damn it!
