CHAPTER 47

Kerby's POV

*TOK! TOK! TOK! TOK!*

"What do you want?! Damn it's too early!" I shouted. Ang aga naman nito manggulo, ugh!

*Blag!*

"Kuya please stop! You don't have to do this!" Kasabay nang marahas na pagbukas ng pintuan ay ang pagpasok ni kuya Dave na kasalukuyang pinipigilan ni Rian.

"Tumabi ka Rian, Isa!" Sigaw nito kaya agad akong napaupo. Hindi pa man ako nakakabawi ay agad na akong nilapitan nito at inundayan ng suntok.

"Kuya! Gosh stop!" Pag pigil ni Rian dito. Hindi ko magawang ilagan ang mga suntok nito dahil medyo nahihilo pa ako sa bangon.

"Dave! What the hell?!" I heard kuya Daris shouted at nilayo ito sakin. Anong ginagawa nila rito?

Naramdaman ko nalang na niyakap ako ni Rian. "K-Kerby... oh my god" mahinang sabi nito at marahang hinaplos ang pisngi ko. "You're bleeding" nanginginig na sabi niya at bakas sa mata ang pag aalala. Her eyes are back, nakikita ko nang muli yung mata ng babaeng minahal ko. Kung paanong naglalabas ito ng emosyon kapag kaharap ako. I miss it, I miss her.

"Huwag mo akong pigilin kuya, lulumpuhin ko yung gago nayan!" Rinig kong sigaw ni kuya Dave kay kuya Daris. Pinlit nitong kumakawala sa kapatid niya pero masyadong malaki si kuya Daris

"Tangina naman Dave! Ano ba, babae parin yan at ang usapan kukunin lang natin yung gamit ni Rian at hindi makikigulo sa problema nila. Aish! Gago ka talaga" pakikipag talo naman nung isa. Agad akong napatingin kay Rian. I look at her as if I was asking for answers to what I've heard.

"Kukunin ko lang yung ibang gamit ko" mahinang sabi nito. Bahagya nalang akong napatango dahil alam ko naman na dadating talaga kami sa ganitong punto. Lalo na at buo na ang desisyon niyang iwan ako para sa volleyball.

"What's happening here?" Lahat kami ay napalingon sa babaeng kapapasok lang sa kwarto na may dala dalang plastic ng mcdo. She's wearing my white shirt and my sleepers. What is she doing here at this early and why is she wearing my clothes? Damn!

"I-Irish?" Gulat na sabi ni Rian at nagpalit palit sa aming dalawa ang tingin niya. "A-anong ginagawa mo sa condo namin? W-why are you wearing h-her clothes?" Tumayo ito sa pagkakaupo at inikot ang mata sa loob ng kwarto. Sinundan ko naman ito nang tingin at gusto ko nalang lamunin ng kama sa mga nakita ko. Sobrang gulo ng kwarto and clothes are everywhere. What the fuck did happened last night? What the fuck did I do?

"Totoo pala na ginagago mo yung kapatid ko" Hindi pa ako nakapag salita ay naramdaman ko na ang suntok ni kuya Daris sakin. Fuck! That one hurts!

"What the fuck?!" Irish drop the food at agad na lumapit sakin. Nag aalala itong umupo sa tabi ko at hinarap ang sarili niya sa tatlong magkakapatid sa harap namin.

"See?! Gago yan, tapos pipigilan niyo ako?!" Sigaw ni kuya Dave. Akmang susugod ito nang sinampal siya ni Irish.

"Lay your hands on her and I will sue you." She firmly said. Binalingan nito si Rian. "Look how foolish you are, you let Kerby suffer from your own doings!" She exclaimed.

"Irish stop" pagpigil ko rito. She glared at me that made me shut up.

"No! Why would I?! Look at yourself Kerby, you're beaten up by her brother for what? For leaving her? They should have know why you guys break up" naka smirk na sabi nito na tila alam ang lahat. Did I tell her last night? Damn it! I can't remember.

"What else do we have to know? Viral na nga yung video niyo making out last night and then this, aren't this a proof that she's a fucking cheater?" Kuya Dave said. Batid ko ang matinding galit nito sa akin pero napipigilan lang siya dahil nakaharang si Irish.

"Why don't you ask Rian if they are still together before our make out happened." She then turned to Rian "are they aware that I caught you and my girlfriend fucking each other at my condo unit? Before that fucking video came out?" She straightly said that made me look at Rian. "Oh... I'm sorry for the sudden surprise brothers, I guess you only know your little princess's side of the story that's why you guys are acted as a tough protector to her without knowing what really happened" Mapang asar na sabi nito. Nagkatinginan lang ang magkapatid as if asking kung totoo ba yung sinasabi ni Irish.

"It doesn't matter, still niloko ni Kerby ang kapatid ko! And we never know kung gaano niyo na katagal ginagawa yan, ang lakas ng loob niyo na I blame yung kapatid ko, huli na nga kayo ngayon!" Dave insisted. Bahagyang natawa si Irish. Damn! Mukang walang plano na magpatalo ito. Well she's not the president of our university for nothing.

"Believe whatever you wanted to believe, but atleast we never fucked each other." Paglilinaw nito bago ako balingan. "Alam kong wala kang maalala or naaalala, pero I will assure you na nothing really happened between us last night, naglasing ka lang nang sobra dahil nakipag hiwalay na sayo si Rian and you were asking yourself why this things happened when all you wanted to do is love her. And after that you ended up throwing to yourself so I have no choice but to took care of you but then pati ako sinukahan mo. And it's late narin so I stayed here and borrowed some clothes." Muli itong bumaling kay Rian "I hope choosing your career over Kerby will definitely be worth it dahil hinding hindi ko hahayaan na mabawi mo siya. Go take Kyle if you want, drag down my reputation and whatever you want, but I promise you, you'll never meet someone genuine as Khyrieze. Go get your things and bring your stupid brothers with you." Sabi nito bago ako alalayan tumayo. Kumuha ito ng damit at pinasuot sakin, naka sports bra lang kasi ako at boxers.

"W-where are you taking her?" Rian said after she process what happened.

"To my place, doon muna siya" matigas na sabi ni Irish.

"Y-you can't, we have to talk" lumapit ito sakin at marahan na umiling, as if telling me not to come. Ano pa ba ang pag uusapan namin?

"D-did you really gave yourself to Kyle just to have your position in the league?" Mahinang sabi ko at nakita kong may namuong luha sa mga mata niya. Fuck! "I-I thought you were just lying when you admitted that before, I thought you just wanted me to gave up on you that's why you said that, but it really did happened. Ang sakit Rian." Mahina kong sabi. Nagtangka itong hawakan ang kamay ko pero tinaboy ko siya.

"P-please Kerby, let's talk. I-I'm sorry" umiling ako at bahagyang lumayo sa kanya.

"Ito yung gusto mo noon, I'm giving you a freedom, do whatever you want and don't bother me." I said pero bigla itong lumuhod sa harap ko.

"N-no! Mahal kita alam mo yan, please Kerby let's fix this" she hugged my legs kaya agad siyang nilapitan ng mga kapatid niya.

"Rian stop you don't have to do this." Kuya Daris.

"No! Kasalanan ko ang lahat, I can't let her be with that woman no!" Umiiyak na sabi nito.

"Tama na Rian, sapat na yung narinig ko mula sayo"  naiiyak na sabi ko rin. Tangina, ang sakit. Akala ko gusto lang niya akong maniwala sa mga ganung bagay para iwan ko siya, but fuck! She's really doing it!

"Please Love don't leave" pakiusap nito.

"Kapag ba nanatili ako babalik ka? Babalik tayo sa dati?" Mapanghamong tanong ko rito.

"What the hell Kerby? Tanga kaba?" Irish reacted pero I just raised my hand to stop her.

"W-what?" Rian asked.

"Are you willing to give up your volleyball dream just to be with me?" I asked, tanga na kung tanga, ayoko lang may pagsisihan.

"I-I just wanted to talk to you and explain everything" she said. Napa smirk ako after hearing that. That's bullshit!

"Then we don't have to talk anymore, you don't have to explain dahil malinaw naman na sakin lahat. It's fine Rian, kung iniisip mo na sisirain ko yung career mo well nagkakamali ka, enjoy being on top. Kaya ko ang sarili ko. From this day forwad wag na wag mo na akong lalapitan, hindi mo ako mahal, takot ka lang na maiwan." I said before pulling Irish's wrist and walk out of the room. Derederetso lang kami hanggang makalabas ng unit at makapasok sa elevator.

"What you did was right, sometimes choosing ourselves save us from bigger heartbreaks." She said before giving me hug.
