Onion and Pumpkin Pie were playing in the park under the supervision of Adventure and Blackberry.
Onion was being very careful, as always.
They got near the slide. Onion looked down and got scared. She hugged her onion doll tightly.
"what do I do, Ponpom?" Pumpkin Pie quietly asked her doll.
It whispered a response.
"Ponpom and I want to go on the slide with you!" Pumpkin pie talked to Onion.
"I-I'm scared...!" Onion cried.
"Don't worry, we will be with you!" Pumpkin Pie reassured.
Pumpkin Pie stretched out her free hand.
"I'll hold your hand!" Pumpkin Pie said, smiling.
"O-okay..." Onion mumbled.
They sat down on the slide. Onion clenched onto Pumpkin's hand tightly.
Pumpkin pushed themselves down the slide.
"W-Waahhh!" Onion cried, closing her eyes.
Then, they got to the end. Onion opened her eyes. They were done.
"See? It wasn't bad!" Pumpkin Pie smiled.
Onion hugged Pumpkin pie. Pumpkin Pue returned the hug.
"Awww! They are so cute together!" Adventure said from the bench they sat at.
He pulled out his phone and took a picture.
Meanwhile, Onion had stopped hugging Pumpkin Pie.
"Do you and Ponpom want to do that again?" Pumpkin Pie asked.
"N-No thank you..." Onion responded.
"That's ok. Ponpom doesn't mind." Pumpkin Pie smiled again.
They sat at the edge of the slide.
