Anyway it's Madeleine's turn now ✌️😍

Madeleine was fighting some of the Cookies of Darkness.
It was Licorice, BatCat, and Choco Werehound Brute.
They were delivering some heavy hits.
Madeleine continued to fight, even if his armor was beginning to get damaged.
Licorice slashed his scythe once more.
Madeleine's armor shattered.
He gasped quickly.
It would be quiet dangerous for him to get hurt now...
Choco Werehound Brute attacked Madeleine again.
He quickly and just barely dodged his attack.
"Hehuha- Give up already!" Licorice taunted.
"The Divine calls me to never give up!"Madeleine yelled, but was thrown off his feet by Choco Werehound Brute.
Choco Werehound Brute laughed.
"Nice one, Shwarzwälder!" Licorice commented.
"Me no like when Master call me that!" Choco Werehound Brute sighed.
Licorice began to attack Madeleine again.
It was hard for him to fight the Mage, now that he was on the ground.
He felt the sword becoming heavier on his hands.
Licorice was manipulating the weight of his sword to make it harder for him to try and fight back.
Licorice smiled maliciously at the sight of it.
Suddenly, he was hit in the head with a coffee bean.
He winced in the sudden hot pain.
He stood up quickly.
Other cookies were coming by.
"You're LUCKY this time!" Licorice sighed.
Licorice, BatCat, and Choco Werehound Brute ran off into the forest.
Espresso, Latte and Almond came from the trees. Espresso ran to him.
"What has happened here?" Espresso asked.
"A cookie wearing all black and their pets have attacked me!" Madeleine dramatically sighed.
Espresso sighed.
"Can you walk?" Espresso asked.
"I believe so!" Madeleine said.
Madeleine got to his feet.
"The divine is right as always!" Madeleine remarked.
Espresso sighed in annoyance.
"Let's just go home-" Espresso scoffed.
"Okay!" Madeleine said.
Latte and Almond stayed behind to investigate.
Madeleine and Espresso walked off to their apartment that they shared.
"This is the second time that we've been attacked by the Cookies of Darkness..." Espresso sighed in annoyance as he walked in.
"At least we came back in one piece!" Madeleine smirked, following him.
Espresso sat down and crossed his legs.
Madeleine sat down with him.
"Just because we did, doesn't mean it's a good thing." Espresso sighed.
"Do not worry! I will protect us!" Madeleine promised, patting his head.
Espresso couldn't help but feel relaxed.
The fact Madeleine was patting his head and reassuring him made him melt.
"Anyway, I have gotten Almond to make a case for us. If anything happens, we can report it." Espresso mentioned.
"That is great news!" Madeleine said.
"It's only a start..." Espresso said.
Madeleine smiled and continued to pat his head.
Espresso slightly leaned into the touch he was receiving from Madeleine.
"You like that, don't you?" Madeleine teased.
"Hm. Perhaps." Espresso sighed.
"That's good! The divine is always right!" Madeleine smiled.
Espresso let himself calm down.
After he stopped, Espresso made dinner.
They had a pretty calm night after that.
