Chapter 3 Game

It's already monday and it means going back to work again. Sunoo decided to have a day off and let his mom handle his salon for the day. Ni-ki wanted to do the same but his secretary from his family's company that he handles calls him for an emergency meeting.

" I'll go to work now. Take care you two. "  Ni-ki waved his hand towards the baby Sunoo is carrying and smile a little. On the other hand, Sunoo just nodded and gently rock the baby in his arms playing with its tiny fingers. Ni-ki chuckled and give it a quick peck on the cheek.

Sunoo scrunched his nose.

" Ewww "

" What? " Niki confusedly asked.

" He's going to catch you're virus, Ni-ki. "

Sunoo acted like he's gonna throw up and gently wiped the baby's cheek where Ni-ki had kissed. Ni-ki rolled his eyes and smirked.

While Sunoo is still jokingly wiping the baby's cheek, Ni-ki used the chance to lean his face on him and kiss his cheek too. Sunoo stopped and before he could even curse him, the younger had already slammed the door shut.

The smile in his lips fade and felt his cheeks burn. What the heck was that for?

" Ni-ki just kissed my cheek? " Sunoo touched his cheek and found himself blushing again. He looked at the baby staring at him and it giggled when its eyes met his.

" He's crazy right? " He asked as if the small boy will reply who's wetting his white t- shirt Ni-ki lend him.

Hours passed and it's already afternoon and  here Sunoo is, in the couch eyes closed while humming a lullaby to let the baby sleep like what he always do when he's babysitting his cousins back then. He had this belief from his mom that it's good when a child sleeps in the afternoon. He felt the baby hugged his hand. Opening his eyes, he saw that the little guy is already fast asleep.

He smiled and carry the baby in their bed, Ni-ki's bed to be exact for it to have a comfortable sleep and also for him to take a nap since he's feeling a bit drowsy from all the babysitting.

Sunoo woke up and the first thing he did was check the child beside him which is still sleeping peacefully but he got startled when he saw Ni-ki on the other side of him sleeping like a baby still wearing his work suit and glasses. He slowly get up but before he could, the baby cried causing Ni-ki to open an eye.

" Where are you going? "

" Kitchen. "

" Stay here. "  Ni-ki closed his eyes again and within a minute, Sunoo knows he's already asleep just by how loud he snores.

Sunoo then carefully bought himself up from the bed and tiptoed until he reached the kitchen and checked the clock. 6pm. He better prepare dinner.

He was about to open the fridge when he heard footsteps. Ni-ki is now wearing shorts and tees, carrying the baby on his arms looking so wide awake while Ni-ki is the opposite. They sat on a chair and Sunoo quickly prepared the crodile patterned feeding bottle with warm milk and hand it to Ni-ki.

" Woah he's hungry. " The blond boy said amazed as he was watching and holding the feeding bottle to help the child drink its milk.

" Yeah did you know he almost had 5 bottles of milk this day? " Smiling, Ni-ki just listened to the older talking about how the baby eats and drinks a lot in just a day. Something popped out of his mind.

" Should we give him a name already? "

Sunoo stopped. It's been 3 days since they decided to keep the baby yet they still haven't give him a name.

And minutes after, they're now fighting over what they should name the baby. Ni-ki throw his fist in the air along with the baby saying the name he think of fits the little boy, and Sunoo pointed him a spoon saying the one he came up is much better.

" Riki is better than Ddeuno! "

" Riki is literally your real name! Ddeuno is much better! "

" Ddeuno is your cringe nickname and Riki is much better! "

The room got filled with shouts but immediately stopped when they heard the baby is starting to sniff and will cry sooner. The two glared each other before facing the baby making funny faces to make it laugh.

" I'm the one who found him, so i have the power to name him! " Ni-ki rattled completely loosing his temper.

" But i'm the one convinced you to keep him, Niki. " Sunoo cackled, rolling his eyes after. They're both more comfortable arguing  with each other now that the baby is left in Ni-ki's room after they put it to sleep so they could talk or more like argue this this little thing.

Silence embraced them not knowing what to say anymore as they were now running out of words to say, to win the argument and have the power to name the child. 

A variety show playing a very famous kids game, playing in the television caught the younger boy's attention that the older never missed to not notice. Sunoo groaned when Ni-ki devilishly smiled at him. He already knows what he's up to. knowing the younger, he's very playful and competitive.

" How about we play rock, paper and scissors, Sunoo hyung? "

" Fine. " Sunoo sassily answered. Ni-ki knew he's bad at that game so as himself but his pride can't bear to back out just because of a simple childs play.

" Niko,  let's eat~~ " Niki sweetly said, probably teasing Sunoo because he lost the game, earning an eyeroll from him, as he feed the baby with the food the older had prepared. And if you're wondering who's Niko? it's the name Niki named the child after winning the game. Instead of naming it next to his real name, he decided to just name it Niko.

" I hate you. "

" You just can't accept your lost. " Niki teased. Sunoo just take a deep breath forcing himself not to pull the younger's hair until he got bald. But his meditation stopped when he's about to exhale, when he heard a ringing sound. He immediately grabbed the phone that was lying on the surface of the dining table and hand it to Ni-ki which the lad answered right away not caring about Sunoo who had a questionable look on his face while taking over his job of feeding Niko.

" You're what?! "

" I'm outside your apartment right now. "

" why?  "

Sunoo finished feeding Niko and was about to put the dishes in the sink when he stumbled on his feet that make him grab Ni-ki's shirt who's still on the phone unaware, causing the two of them to fall on the hard wooden floor.

" SUPRISE! "

Just then, the door burst open revealing Jake with a wide smile but it dropped after seeing a shocking sight he never thought he would see.

" N-ni-ki and S-sunoo? "

Sunoo's eyes grew who's under Ni-ki because of the sudden fall and push the boy on top of him right away. On the other hand, Ni-ki groaned and nervously faced the surprised guest.

" H-hyung! "

" I-it's not w-what you t-think! "
