"ARJUN"
We heard Yash shouting Arjun's name. I snapped my head towards him and the next thing what he said, shocked me.
Y: Arjun...Un... Uncle
That was all we needed for Arjun to storm inside the hospital again with me running behind him.
A: Enna aachu?
He asked with panick all over his face, looking at Yash.
Y: Uncle.....unna koopdraru...
Arjun ran to the ICU and I followed him.
Once we reached, we saw Kumar uncle trying hard to breathe with Durga and Reena standing near him with a worried look and crying.
My heart pained to look at Uncle in that situation. He was trying really hard to breathe by taking in long breath. Arjun gulped and tears ran down his eyes.
Uncle, once looked at Arjun... tried to wake up from the bed which was all enough for me to break into pieces.
K: Ar...Arj...Arjun
Uncle said in a low tone which made Arjun to rush towards his side and I followed him.
Kumar Uncle looked at Durga and Reena and continued..
K: ne..nee vel...velia po
Durga and Reena glared at Kumar uncle while Arjun started.
A: Atha solraru la. Velia po.
Arjun, without looking at them, said.
Without any other choice, they left outside with murmuring something under breath.
K: Sa...Sana ma..
Uncle called me, once they left outside.
Arjun moved a little and I made my way towards him. He got a hold of my hand on his one hand and got Arjun's hand in the other.
K: Neenga rendu perum....ip..ipo varaikum...naa yen avlo...Katt..Kattaaya paduthi ungala kalyanam panna vachen nu nee...neenga nenaik..nenaikalam.
We both looked at each other and looked at uncle once again...
K: Yena...Avan avanoda amm..amma va chinna vayasu la yae....tholachitan.. unna paakum po... apdiyae Arj..Arjun amma pola enaku...tho..thonuchu. nee en Paya..payana nalla paathupa nu thonuchu...avan elanthatha etho onnu ..un moolama avunuku kedaika pothu nu enaku thonuchu. athu onnu tha ma kaaranam. Nee enna tha...thappa nenachiratha...
Tears ran down my eyes as I got hold of his hand with both my hands.
S: Ayoo....illa uncle. Kandipa ungla thappa naa nenachathae illa. Nenaikavum maaten. Infact unga naala tha naa innaiku ivlo santhoshama iruken.
He smiled with tears and called Arjun.
K: Ar..Arjun.... enaku rendaavathu vantha pullayo illa pondati oh....avungala enaku pudikavae pudikathu. Enaku unnayum un amma va matum tha da romba romba pudikum....nee thappa nenachiratha ennaya ennaikum.
Arjun sat beside Uncle and hugged him and cried his heart out.
A: Appa....naa ennaikum thappa nenaichathu illa ungala. Enaku kovam matum tha...neenga innoruthi ah kalyanam pannitinga nu....vera onnum illa pa..
K: Dey...unaku ellathukum ulla bathil... seekram theriya varum. Unaku theriyatha neraya vishayam iruku da. Unaku ellamae theriya varum. Un kovam nyayam tha da. Athula naa thappu onnumae sollala. Enaku en vaazhkaila rendae rendu kavala tha da. Onnu....en peran pethi ah....ennala paaka mudiyama poirum..innonu.... unaku oru unmai innum naa sollala.....
