{ Ariana's pov }
"Have you heard that Y/n is going to Europe today?" Courtney asked me
"What?" I asked confused
"She's leaving for Europe today"
"Today? What the fuck? When?" I asked
"5pm is her flight"
"She's in school until 3pm. And it's 2:45 right now. Fuck. Get in the car" I said
I grabbed the car keys and we ran outside into my car. We were in my car and I drove to her apartment. On the way there Courtney put on a song by The Neighbourhood called 'Single'
"Since when do you listen to this kind of music?" I asked her
"I don't. Y/n does. She listened to it yesterday. I asked her if it reminded her of someone. She said she listens to it because almost everything reminds her of you" Courtney said causing me to pay attention to the lyrics
"I don't know if we should be alone together
I still got a crush that's obvious
If nobody's around what's stopping us

"Hmm. You think this one?" I asked

"I asked her if she felt this way about you, she answered with 'hell yeah'" she told me causing me to smile

"She for real makes me cry until I laugh. Every time after we did it she would say some dumb shit" I giggled as my mind went back to the nights we spent together
"She was my baby girl
I might never get her back
But I don't mind being patient"
"Did she say something about this one?" I asked
"Unfortunately no. I asked her but she just laughed and said next question" Courtney said
"Okay I'm just gonna tell you what I gotta say right here
I'm sorry Dave, I never meant to hurt your babygirl

I don't want you to worry, she'll be so safe here

"And?" I asked again
"She told me she really never meant to hurt you"
"And the soulmate thing?" I asked

"I know" I said and pulled up to the side
I saw how Y/n was about to get in a car so I quickly ran after her
