It still didn't sit right with me. It had been quite the while already, we already had our breakfasts served on the bed, followed by Jack's disgruntled face as he once again saw me in this room with both guys. Minho had already pulled me closer to him on the bed, while Chan had settled himself under the blankets right next to me. It felt bad, but it was actually starting to quite funny. That didn't keep me from noticing Chan's still sour mood every time Hyunjin's name was mentioned. He wasn't the type to hold a grudge, let alone on his own teammate.

Chan got up, taking my empty plate out of his hands. "I'm gonna go down for a bit to see how much I can get out of them concerning the heist, Minho, you stay with her okay?" Minho hummed, trying to hand Chan his plate as well who already went past him. "Geez, no need to be so rude," Minho noted, simply putting the plate on the ground besides him, too lazy to get up.

"Do you think he's okay? He seems out of it after yesterday..." I couldn't help but ask. Minho shrugged. "I wouldn't be too worried. It wasn't the only time he's ever gotten annoyed. I'm sure he was just worried about the situation..." Minho hesitated, looking at my still unsatisfied face. "He didn't tell me much either, but apparently Hyunjin wanted to take you back with him or something, saying it was too dangerous for you, though Chan just complained about him compromising the mission. Don't worry, really, I'm sure nothing's wrong."

So it was about me? Well that didn't make it much better, the exact opposite actually. I knew I messed up, but knowing that it caused the two to fight over it too was even worse. If only there was a way I could help them make up too... "Yah, I said," Minho started, headlocking me, "don't worry about it. So stop it with the long face, it's annoying." I raised my hands up, pushing his arm off me with a lot of effort. "Fine fine, whatever you say mister fake lover," I chuckled, sticking out my tongue and getting up.  "Anyways, I'm gonna go to my own room to take a shower. I feel like I both look and smell like shit." Minho nodded vigorously, earning a pillow thrown in his face.

I stepped back into my own room, seeing everything perfectly organized, if it wasn't for something dropped on the floor. It looked like a room key, but if wasn't mine. I just used that one. Shivers sent down my spine. Don't tell me Jack had gone in again. That guy truly did give me the creeps. How hard is it to understand that someone already has a parter? Heck, two even! Fake ones, but he didn't have to know that.

I turned on the shower, taking off the dress, apparently filled with a wine stain. "Sorry," I muttered before putting it away. Just before getting in I could hear muttering out of my earpiece. I picked it up, putting in it. Was everything okay? "Listen, Hyunjin, we need to talk," Chan stated through the comms. Ah, I forgot to change it back to my frequency... I shouldn't be listening, but I couldn't help but be overcome by curiosity.

"I know I know. No need to already start nagging again." Hyunjin answered, clearly unhappy as well. "I wasn't even- you know what? Fine. Listen dude, I'm sorry if I was harsh yesterday, but I did mean what I said. I get it and all, but you could have really compromised the mission. I just want you to realize that, cuz if we're doing a big heist all together I need to know I can count on you, especially with Y/N involved."

So it was about me again. "What happened to the no nagging part? Of course I'll do my part properly, but I was the one who had to take an extra roll on me since you weren't doing yours correctly. You can count on me to do what I need to do, but if you say you'll protect her then just do so right. I know she can take care of herself, but that doesn't mean it isn't dangerous for her. Acting like her boyfriend for saving her doesn't just mean you get the chance to actually court her, you know that right?" You could hear Chan sigh on the other end. "How many more times do you expect me to say this? I-" Chan started, until I cut him off with a loud groan.

"Listen you guys. I don't know why you're all so worked up and everything, but I'm not gonna have you two fighting over whatever it is that I did to cause this. Now either you two make up, shake hands and give each other a hug or something, or I'll continue with the whole damned plan on my own." Both lines grow awfully quiet. "Okay but just for the record, what are you doing on my line?" Chan asked cautiously. "That's not the point dammit. Doesn't matter right now. Now make up. If you two care about me enough to argue over some stupid decisions drunk me made you should be wise enough to care about the things sober me does too."

The both muttered some things under their breath, a small sorry actually coming out. They actually worked? "Just to be sure, how much exactly do you know about... This?" Hyunjin asked carefully. "I have absolutely no clue, nor do I want to know why you guys are behaving like kids. Now grow up, become buddies again or something and have some faith in each other you got it? We're going to absolutely ace this, so stop worrying about me, both of you, and let's get these guys, government jail party."

If only I knew someone had been listening...
