Morning shines into your room
Through the sheer, billowing chiffon of your curtain.
The sun greets you warmly
Casting its rays upon you.
I'm quick to follow.
I, a songbird
Familiar to you
With feathered wings of tawny and white
And a melody to greet you each morning.Good morning~
I, a songbird,
Who travels endlessly to survive
Gone through many hardships
Departing and returning each year without fail.
I, a songbird,
Who sings my melody amongst the clouds
Throughout the celestial heavens.
A songbird who has seen many things.
Who leaves in winter to return in the spring.
Who flies through the heavens on fluttering wings. No matter how far I go,
I return to you and sing.
