"Thank you for the wonderful night Mr Meyer." Says the last guest leaving my home.

I look around. It's not as trashy as a college party would have been. But now it needs tidying up and furniture needs to return.

I lock the door and I head to my car.

The road , the music booming from my stereo and the beautiful dawn  sky . Yet all I can focus on is the lady I met during the Gala.

Absolutely regal.

Her brown eyes, and big curly brown hair. Her face oh lord. Its gorgeous.  But when she spoke. Oh lord.

"It has, and I see you've met..." I begin but I realise that I dont know her name.

"Gemima." She whispers.

Her voice sends shockwaves all through my body.

I should use some cute nickname right? So that its persuasive and believable that i am her boyfriend.

"My Gem." I say.

And she smiles. Gosh my heart just dropped down to my arse.

I just cant get it out of my mind. Oh and she has a little boy. I'm actually keen in meeting him. Super excited.

I park in the private parking. And I head up.

"Oh the Gala is over?" Charlotte asks the moment I walk in. She and her boyfriend are watching some show.

"Sup Scott?" I greet.

"Yo Nate." He greets back.

"Yea the Gala is over." I tell her seating on the barstool.

"Tell me all about it." She pushes herself up from the couch and towards me.

"I met someone." I saw smiling.

"Oh, what's her name? Where is she from? What does she do? Tell me everything!" She says as she plops on the barstool next to me.

"Her name is Gemima. I dont know where she is from. She is a journalist and a personal assistant.  And she is the most beautiful woman I've ever laid my eyes on." I say in a dreamy tone.

"Oh, you must like her alot." She says.

"Yea, I ask her on a date . Coming up on Monday evening. " I tell her and she claps her arms excitedly.

I retire to my bed. It's been a long night. For the first time in months. I sleep with a jolly smile.

The weekend flies by like a breeze and I'm back at my office. The relaxing view of the city skyline.

I look at my watch. Twelve PM.

I have to get to Arraine's headquarters. She recommended someone for me .

The drive is almost exhausting. I'm typing away on my laptop.  I have a virtual meeting at six PM and I have to type what I want my secretary to put as the agenda.

The car comes to a halt and I look out the window. Its Arraine's company.

I step out.  Thanking my driver.

I walk into the building and immediately feel the stares of the people. Some of the photographers stop taking the pictures and stare.

I bump into a short young lady.

"Good afternoon. Umh, where would Arraine's office be?" I ask.

She points towards a bright red door.

I walk towards it and I knock twice before entering.
