A/N: I am sorry it took me forever to update. It was never intentional my personal life was very hectic and It is just getting under control now. I wanted to get this chapter done before Wakanda Forever released in theaters. Enjoy :)
Zuri gives T'Challa a panther mask, M'Baku puts gorilla mask back on.
Tony: Wait so what exactly is happening?
Shuri: It's challenge day
Rocket: Yah none of us have any idea what that means
T'Challa: This was after my father died. I was next in line for the throne and when that happens they have what we call challenge day. Which gives other tribes the chance to challenge me for the throne. And if no one challenges me then they also let any blood royalty get the chance to challenge me.
Kate: And you didn't want to challenge him?
Shuri: Nope but I did make them think I did
Bobbi: How did you do that?
Shuri: Well, when I raised my hand people thought I was going to challenge him but I just made a snarky comment about how my corset was uncomfortable and I just wanted to wrap it up so we could go home
People laugh when hearing this
On M'baku and T'Challa's orders, the Jabari and Dora Milaje move to the front with spears.
ZURI: Let the challenge begin
M'Baku starts hitting T'Challa with his spear, T'Challa blocks the blows with his shield. M'Baku lands a hit on T'Challa and he falls onto his back, rolling over.
Bruce: Are you fighting on a cliff?
T'Challa: Yes
Sam: This is going to be a good fight I can feel it.
The Dora and Jabari move forward.
T'Challa stands up and kicks M'Baku in the chest, causing him to fall.
Hunter: Yesss
Groot: I am groot
Gamora: Rocket you really need to have a talk to Groot about his language
Rocket: I have many times. You do it
M'Baku gets up and starts swinging at T'Challa, who dodges and flips out of the way, landing on his back and drops his weapons.
M'BAKU: Where is your god now?
M'Baku goes to attack with his spear, T'Challa uses the spear as leverage to kick M'Baku in the face, then starts punching him, causing him to fall.
Thor: YESSSSS
"WOOHOOO"
M'Baku grabs T'Challa by the waist and headbutts him repeatedly and starts taunting him.
M'BAKU: No powers! No claws! No special suit, oh! Just a boy not fit to lead
Carol: Taunting is such a dirty move
Yelena: But sometimes effective
A dazed, T'Challa looks towards Ramonda
RAMONDA: Show him who you are
Bucky: Now he is screwed.
T'Challa punches M'Baku and breaks his mask off. M'Baku stabs T'Challa with his spear.
T'CHALLA: I am Prince T'Challa, son of King T'Chakka.
SHURI: You can do this T'Challa
T'Challa: Thank you for the confidence boost
Shuri: Well I didn't want you to lose.
M'Baku rips the spear out and goes to stab him again, T'Challa grabs it, forces it to the ground and kicks M'Baku in the chest and wraps his legs around his neck.
T'CHALLA: Yield! Don't make me kill you.
Clint: I really hate cliffs
Nat and Yelena: Same
M'BAKU: I would rather die.
The Wakandans cheer T'Challa on.
T'CHALLA: You have fought with honor! Now yield! Your people need you. Yield man.
Steve: You are a honorable man
Rhodey: I mean he is more honarable than most of us.
Several people nod their heads agreeing to this
M'Baku taps out.
The Wakandans all cheer for T'Challa. The Jabari help M'Baku up.
Peter 1: Now that was a good fight scene
Mack: Damn right.
C.V: The next clip we are going to watch is of Scott
Scott: Sweet
Sam: Really tic tac
C.V: Yes now hush and watch
