Tom walked quietly into the music studio, he took a quick scan around the room and noticed he wasn't the only one there.

Y/n L/n sat on a blue couch in the corner of the room at the rec area. Her head was sitting in the palm of her hand and her eyes were closed.

Tom couldn't blame her for sleeping, they'd both had stayed up later than planned the night before, practising the song they were going to record for their new movie Zombies 2.

The first Disney movie was a hit and the two actors couldn't wait to be a part of the anticipated sequel.

Y/n played the part of Willa, and Tom played Wyatt, the werewolf brother and sister duo. Their first song to record was We Own The Night.

Tom crept over to the napping girl and quietly shook her awake.

She awoke with a start, looking up at the male she groaned, her head falling back onto the cushion behind her.

"I'm sooo tired Tom," she whined and Tom chuckled as he pulled her up onto her feet.

"Today's supposed to be fun though," he commented as she leaned onto his shoulder.

"I can't remember the last time I went to bed at  four in the morning," Tom looked at the clock hanging on the wall.

"Let's get to the recording booth, the sooner we start the sooner we can go to lunch," Tom said and wrapped an arm around Y/n's waist to support her as they made their way over to the booth where the music director was waiting for them.

"I'm glad you both could make it and be...more or less awake," Gregory McMartin said, eyeing Y/n's droopy eyes and the bags under Tom's.

"Anything for you Greg," Y/n joked as a yawn escaped her lips. She continued her support on Tom's shoulder as he walked over to the recording room.

"I swear, the two of you have been joined at that waist since filming started," Greg rolled his eyes and placed his headphones on.

"Ready to start?" Tom whispered into Y/n's ear and the girl fully opened her eyes to look up at him as she sat on a stool.

"Ready Tommy," she said as he sat down on the identical stool next to her.

They both placed their headphones on and ten seconds later, heard the first beats of the song.

Y/n suddenly perked up as her cue came.

No one's catching me unless I wanna be caught

Tom watched the girl come alive as she concentrated fully on her work.

I'm the alpha, I'm the leader, I'm the one to trust

Together we do whatever it takes, we're in this pack for life

Tom watched as she closed her eyes when a note was stretched out. How her chest rose up and down with every breath she took.

Yes, it was safe to say that Tom was in love with Y/n. This wasn't the first movie the pair had worked on together and he had hoped it wouldn't be their last. She was an absolute joy to be around and Tom would be lying if he didn't say his heart skipped a beat whenever he was in the same room as her.

Tom had a brief view of the director as he waved his arms around, trying to get Tom out of his daydream. He sat up quickly as Y/n finished her verse.
