Tom opened the door so Nathan could leave. After he left, Tom put a chair against the door so it would stay open. He then came into the room and sat in the chair opposite me that Nathan had previously been sitting in.

"Everything he just said matched his records," I said picking up my pen. I felt Tom's gaze and looked up to meet his eyes.

"That was just the first interrogation, there are still two more boys to go," I nodded weakly and looked down and played with the pen.

"Hey Y/n?" Tom said looking nervous.

"Yeah?" I said my mood had been ruined by the interrogation and I just really wanted to be alone right now. Tom must have noticed because he said something different from what he wanted to.

"What if we interrogate the parents?" I looked up at him.

"Can we do that?" I asked dropping the pen and sitting up straight.

"Yeah, anyone who may help us with the case we can ask questions to," I nodded,

"Yeah, then let's do that," I stood up to leave when Tom spoke again.

"What did your father want?" He said not standing up.

"You know, just typical things fathers want to know about their daughters love life," I cracked a small smile and Tom mirrored me.

"Say no more, I understand," He put his hands up in surrender. I gave a small chuckle left Tom sitting in the room alone.

When I walked out I saw Juliet staring at him through the glass with an expression I couldn't read.

"Julie?" I asked breaking her from the trance.

"Yes?" She asked through fake happiness.

"You ok?" I asked.

"Yeah! I'm perfectly fine! Just didn't get enough sleep last night," She said giving a fake laugh. I nodded my head and turned around and started to walk out of the room.

As I left I could feel her stare burning into the back of my head. Before I left I looked into the small room and smiled at Tom, who returned it quickly. If I'm being honest, I'm adding fuel to the fire, but I could care less. Right now all I wanted to do was to be in my pj's and watch a movie.

Before the door closed all of the way I heard a loud smack on the glass, I didn't need to turn around to know that Julie hit the non-see through glass with all of the force she had.

Once I opened the door to my office I immediately felt calmer, I walked around and sat behind my desk. I sighed and held my head in my hands, breathing in and out, trying to calm my racing heart.

I heard the door close but didn't look, already dreading the conversation that was likely to follow. Slowly I looked up to see Tom looking at me with searching eyes. I groaned and put my head on my desk.

"Care to explain?" he said, sitting across from me.

"No, not really," I said never looking at him.

"Well, I need answers,"

"Correction, you want answers," I said looking up and making eye contact with him.

"What was Juliet's problem?" Wow, straight to the point.

"Please Thomas, I don't want to talk right now," My eyes were pleading, something I rarely ever did. He sighed.

"Then give me a summary," I looked at him and let out a ragged sigh.

"Long story short Juliet has had a crush on you, has for a few months now. And now I guess she is just being an annoying jealous girl," I said.

"Annoying jealous?" Tom said giving me a playful smirk.

"Yes, there are two types of jealous. Annoying and adorable. Girls 95% of the time are annoying and boys 100% of the time are adorable unless they make a giant deal about it and start fights," I say crossing my arms.

"Whatever you say, baby girl," He said leaning back in the chair. I fake laughed harshly at him and through a crumpled up piece of paper I had on my desk. He caught it without hesitation and opened it up.

"Nice drawing," He showed the picture to me, even though I already knew what it was I still took time to look at it. A picture of a spider hanging from a web was the only decent thing I knew how to draw.

"Eh," I shrugged grabbing the paper from his hands and throwing it in the trash. Tom mocked looking offended.

"How could you do that to spider-man?" He placed his hand over his heart.

"Relax! That wasn't a spider-man drawing!" I said smiling as he laughed.

After he calmed down his face turned serious.

"I have to go, but do you have a piece of paper?" I nodded and handed him paper and a pen.

After writing something down he handed me back the sheet.

"Meet me there at 6:15 tonight," I looked at the address and nodded. I had no idea where this was but I trusted Tom.

"Yeah, ok," he nodded and left my office.

I've never been more confused in my life.
