104. Fasting for 72 hours

Hello everyone! Welcome to part 104...

Mallika was in deep sleep when alarm started ringing at 4 : 30 am due to which her sleep was getting disturbed , she was again and again turning the sides and atlast stopped the alarm... Her eyes were still closed Being tired since the last night , she slept again..

Two hours later her eyes opened in between the sleep and suddenly she got up realising that from today she has to keep fast for next 72 hours...

She immediately checked the time and it was 6 : 30 am...

Mallika : (tensed) are ye kya 6: 30 baj gye par maine toh 4 : 30 baje ka alarm lagaya tha baja kyun nahi ?

She hit the alarm clock and it started ringing...

Mallika : ab baj raha hai !

then her vision fell on the jug full of water kept on the side table and she remembered kaki's words.. 

Mallika : subah suryoday se pehle paani peena tha ! Mujhse toh 72 minute bhi bhookha nahi raha jaata 72 hours ka nirjala vrat , kahin meri jaan na nikal jae. Aag lage iss neend ko meri hokar mujhe marwa rahi hai! 

Her eyes widened remembering...

Mallika : are mar toh mai gyi aaj 6 : 30 baj gye hai... der hogyi aaj toh mai gyi buaji mujhe nahi chodenge... Hey bhagavan ji please bacha lijiye ga...

She hurriedly got down from the bed and ran in bathroom grabbing her clothes...

Kaki took some haldi kumkum from aarti plate and applied small tika on mallika's forehead and mallika touched her feet.

Kaki : khush raho... Ishwar tumhe itne kathin vrat ko nibhane ki shakti dein or sansaar ki saare khushiyan dein...

Mallika smiled at her and she went from there... And mallika joined her hands in front of God...

Mallika : bhagwan ji mujhe ye 72 hours ka nirjala vrat rakhne ki shakti dein.. jabtak sahi wakt na aae sumedh or baki sabse is vrat ko chupane ki himmat dijiyega...  bhool se bhi Mujhse aise koi bhool na ho jisse mere pariwar par koi bhi sankat aae ya unhe dukh ho... Mujhe shakti dijiyega.

Mallika walked in the kitchen looking all over the mansion... She saw aai there making breakfast and went near her...

Mallika : aai aap ye kya kar rahe hai chodiye mai banati hun...

Aai : uski koi zarurat nahi hai mallika mai karlungi tum aaram karo...

Mallika : lekin aai 3 din tak ye zimmedari meri hai agar bua ji ne aapko yaha dekh liya toh...

Aai : dekh liya toh na !

Mallika looked at her in confusion...

Mallika : matlab ?

Aai : matlab ki tumhe aaj subah se kuch ajeeb nahi lag raha hai ?

Mallika : ajeeb toh lag raha hai... Mera matlab aaj subah se bua ji nahi dikh rahi hai jabki mujhe toh laga tha ki aaj uthne mein mujhe der hogyi hai aaj toh mai gyi bua ji mujhe maaf nahi karne wali. Waise hai kaha woh ?

Aai : woh mandir gyi hai aaj unka vrat haina isliye... Or jis mandir mein woh gyi hai woh yaha se door hai or tumhe toh pata hai woh subah theek 5 baje hi pooja karti hai isliye woh 3 baje hi ghar se nikal gyi thi par aate aate unhe 10 , 11 toh baj hi jaenge kyunki itni bheed hoti hai waha pe ki darshan karte karte shaam hojati hai.

Samjhi ! Isliye aaj ke nashte ki chinta tum mat karo woh hum sambhal lenge waise bhi baki din toh woh rahengi hi toh tumhe hi karna hai... 

Mallika nodded...
