This morning, you weren't woken up by Oikawa as usual. Instead, your mother swung your door open and whisper-yelled at you to wake up, because your aunt and cousin would come over to visit. Your mother didn't want to wake up your brothers, so she made sure to keep her voice down. That, however, didn't mean that she wasn't looking threatening. You quickly stood up and got dressed, as you didn't want to make your mother angry for letting her wait. Then again, she would probably be angry anyway. Whenever someone came over to visit, she would always be stressed and angry.

After your mother and you had breakfast, you began to clean up the house and your mother started to cook food for the guests. Oikawa was still asleep, so you sneaked into the living room, where he was sleeping and decided to wake him up the same way he would wake you up.

Before waking him up, you took a minute to watch his sleeping figure. Only now you actually noticed that he wasn't looking too bad. After noticing what you were thinking, you shook your head slightly and decided to finally wake him up. You poked his cheek with your finger and whispered in a soft tone. "Hey, Oikawa! Wake up!"

Oikawa slowly opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was you hovering over him. His eyes widened slightly and his heart fluttered.

You poked him again on the cheek to bring him back into reality. Oikawa smiled slightly at your actions because that's exactly the same way he would wake you up. He grabbed your fingers and placed his other hand on top of your head. Oikawa's voice was rough, as he just woke up.
"Good morning to you too, (y/n)-chan!"
"We don't have time for a good morning! My cousin and my aunt are going to come to visit us, which means that we - or more like I - won't just have a bad morning, but even have a worse day!"

You already told Oikawa from your oh so dear aunti and cousin, which means that Oikawa knew exactly why you were looking so annoyed today.

When he was done getting ready, he started to help you clean up. You were extremely grateful that he lend you a hand.

When you both finished, your guests arrived and it was extra exhausting for you to act like you were incredibly happy to see them.
"Heyy! You guys finally came! Come on in!"

Your aunt went in for a hug. When she stopped hugging you, she looked you up and down.
"Is it possible that you have gained weight?"

She always asked that question and you rarely put on any weight. You didn't really mind that question though.
"Actually I didn't. Maybe it's because of the clothes I am wearing?"
"No, you have definitely put on some weight! Right (c/n)?"

Your cousin didn't respond to her mother, instead she was on her phone, acting like she was dealing with some serious problems. Though, you were 100% sure that she was just texting with her boyfriend.
"Give me a moment, I'm busy!"
Her tone was sharp and your aunt kinda looked hurt. You couldn't help but feel bad for her.

Your uncle had just arrived too and you greeted him cheerfully. He looked at you annoyed and mimicked your greeting mockingly. It was true that your uncle really couldn't stand you, but then again, he didn't like anyone and everyone is already used to his attitude. However, you couldn't help but feel a little discouraged. You thought that you did a good job in hiding it, but Oikawa managed to notice it. He was angrily staring at your uncle, who was making his way into the living room. Everyone else followed him there too and before you could enter too, your mom told you make some tea.

You would've been happy to be alone in the kitchen, but your oh so helpful cousin decided to come with you. In the end she was just on her phone and didn't really attempt to speak to you. You on the other hand tried to converse with her.
"Soo.. Do you want to drink tea too or do you want me to make you a coffee?"
"Shhh!"
