Lucas' POV
We're currently having a meeting about the expansion in every project that we were about to build. Some of the junior architects were given a task to present a plan with sketchup exterior design, of course. Well no doubt, talagang magagaling naman sila but we have a lot of concerns.

Stephanie: Ahm, Tito?

Lucas: Yes?

Stephanie: Don't you think there chosen materials were too expensive?

Rod: Yeah, likewise Architect Alvarez. Naisip ko din yan. Ahm guys (Referring to David), did you consider the possible expenses that we were about to use if we approve your design? I-I mean, tinignan niyo man lang ba lahat ng presyo ng mga gamit na napili niyo?

David: Y-yes po Architect.

Rod: You sure?

David: Y-yes Architect.

Franchesca: If you really consider the prices, then why did you choose P380.00 for one block lang?

Stephanie: Exactly! Meron namang ordinary hollow blocks lang jan David from our suppliers eh. Matitibay din ang mga yun besides may finishing pa naman.

Lucas: Yeah, I agree with them David. And yung forecast budget niyo? Hindi kapani-paniwala.

Rod: Look David, I really like your design. In fact, yan yung pinakagusto ko sa lahat but the materials? Nah, big no but pwede naman nating gawan yan ng paraan.

Lucas: How?

Rod and Franchesca: Replace the materials!

Stephanie: Exactly!

Lucas: Okay then.

Rod: And dad pwede bang buhos nalang ulit gamitin natin?

Stephanie: Luma na ang buhos, Rod.

Franchesca: Luma nga pero mas safe yun kaysa sa bakal Architect Alvarez (then simply rolled her eyes)

Lucas: Yah! You have a point Franky. So, let's end this meeting na? We're good?

Rod: Yes dad.

Lucas: Good. So Rod and Franky kayo na bahala tumulong kay David ha? Kindly finalize the plan and present it to me tomorrow para makapag-start na ulit ang construction team natin.

Rod: Noted Dad.

Stephanie: I can help them Tito.

Lucas: No need Steffie, kaya na nila yun besides I want you to go to Cebu. Stay there for like, 2 weeks. Bantayan mo muna sila doon. Wala kasi yung CE, nagbakasyon din sa probinsya.

Stephanie: But Tito I wa— (didn't continue her words cuz Franky speak up)

Franchesca: Tito really hate buts! (Then laugh)

When Franchesca tell those words, I slightly laugh cuz she really knows me. Tama siya, ayaw na ayaw ko talaga kapag kinokontra lahat ng gusto at sinasabi ko. As I went out of the meeting room, sumabay na sa akin si Roderick cuz we are having lunch with Emilia today. Infact, kanina pa daw naghihintay ang asawa ko.

We used his car nalang besides babalik din naman kami agad and of course, I'm too lazy para magmaneho. At exactly 11:30am, nakarating na kami and I can see my wife's face, hindi na maipinta HAHAHAHA. As we sit, I let her order whatever she likes, pambawi nalang.
