"Is that for your girlfriend?"

Reious froze. His face heated up as he immediately put the packs of napkins of different brands in his cart before proceeding to push it forward.

"I think you grab the wrong type of napkin. Your girlfriend should prefer napkin with wings, the things you put on your cart are all wingless."

"What is the difference? They both function the same, with wings or no wings." Reious said frantically. He was about to leave the section but the woman grab his cart and stop it from moving.

"They do, but they do not. Wait a second, I'll pick something better."

Sabi niya saka sapilitang kinuha ang mga napkins na nilagay ni Reious sa cart niya saka pinalitan ito ng kaparehas na mga brands pero with wings.

Hindi siya pinigilan ni Reious at pinanood lang siyang ayusin ang pagkakalagay ng mga napkins sa cart bago tumingin sa kaniya.

"Did your girlfriend asked you to buy something else?"

"She asked me to buy her feminine wash."

Natigilan naman ang babae, "Kaya ba nagpresinta kang tulungan ako kasi kailangan mo din ng tulong ko?" 

"Not necessarily a help, but an advice. My girlfriend rarely ask for a request, so I want to do it right."

The woman nodded her head, "Ang bilis mo naman magisip. You quickly thought about that after learning that I need help?"

"It if bothers you, then you can leave me now, I won't hold a grudge."

"No, it's okay. I'll help you since you are also helping me in a way." Sagot niya habang hinahanap nila ang kailangan ng girlfriend niya. "Ilang taon na kayo ng girlfriend mo?"

"Three years and a half, almost four." Mabilis na sagot niya, nanlaki naman ang mga mata ng babae.

"That's long, congratulations for your strong relationship."

"Thank you," nakangiting sagot ni Reious.

"So naglilive-in na kayo? Siguro naman tutal you are doing a grocery for her."

"Actually, hindi." Ani niya sabay hinto pagkatapat nila sa feminine wash section ng store.

"Oh?" Gulat na tanong ng babae, "Maglilive-in pa lang?"

"Wala pa sa plano namin yan, but kung ako ang papipiliin, gusto ko ikasal na kami agad." Sabi niya sabay kuha ng box ng isang feminine wash brand na tugma sa sinend na item ni Yana. 

"So you are planning to propose!" Nakangiting anunsyo ng babae habang may bitbit na sarili niyang basket na may laman. Habang naguusap kasi sila kanina, kumukuha din siya ng mga bagay na kailangan niya. 

"Nasa isip ko pa lang, pero wala pa akong plano so I can't really say that I'm planning to propose to her."

"That's sad, you should think about your future with her already. You've been together for 3 years, wouldn't she feel sad to know that you still have no plan with her after all those years?"

Natigilan naman si Reious. Napamaang siya ng labi saka napatigil sa paglalakad.

"What if, it was her who doesn't want to have plans for our future?"

He ask in uncertainty. 

Napataas naman ng kilay ang babae. "Pwede ba yon? What kind of a girl won't like having her man plan for their future?" Prankang tanong niya. "And what kind of a man would just assume that his girl doesn't want something for their future without even asking her?" Pagpapatuloy niya, kiniling niya ang ulo niya saka biglang may inabot mula sa likod ni Reious.
