3 weeks.

i was mindlessly staring at my message inbox until the door of my van opened. The assistant director gave me a smile and i automatically turned my head towards her, forcing to beam back as well.

"Ms. Lee? The director said he wants to see you."
She told me. I closed my phone and put it on my pocket, standing from my seat before hopping out of the van.

The sunlight hit my skin and it seemed like it automatically brought me back to life from the gloom i was feeling whenever i am shaded. It has been three weeks...

Three weeks without him. It is driving me detrimental but it is how it should really be. that the truth might be painful but since it is for the better outcome of everything, we should keep it as it is.

There are things you can force to work, and there are thing that you just can't.

And our relationship, it was something on the latter.

"Good Morning, Ms. Lee."
The director greeted me with a wide smile. I bowed my head and smiled back, walking towards his direction.

Of course on that three weeks i did not do nothing. While still continuing my study, I am constantly shooting brand photoshoots and commercials. I can say as a rookie model, I am working hard for my position on the industry.

But at least, I am having fun and I got to forget the things i am thinking of whenever I am doing nothing and I am also earning money to rebuild our friend chicken house.

"Is there anything wrong, Director?"
I asked him. He then shook his head and softly laughed, looking at the shoot we took last night.

I am currently shooting a commercial for another cosmetic brand and it is already our second day of shooting. The commercial is like a skit and I have a partner.

"I am just wondering, Ms. Lee... You told me you only did modelling months ago, right?"
He asked, looking at my scene. I gulped my saliva, checking myself as well on the monitor.

"Yes, Mr. Director."
I answered, feeling conscious.

He cleared his throat and handed me a pile of papers that was on his table earlier. I gazed at it, thinking what it can be until i saw the front page.

"Have you considered.. acting?"
He looked at me with a soft smile, handing me the papers that is actually the script of an upcoming drama I heard of last week.

Kindle Me Red. That's the title of the drama.

I blinked twice, not absorbing what he is saying.

"What..?"
He laughed at my flabbergasted reaction. Of course i'll be shocked because

One, It is my first time having an acting proposal and Two, It is for a drama that everyone was aiming for.

Literally everyone i have worked with has been saying that the drama will be a big hit because of the main leads being the superstars of the country. It was said that they are still doong auditions for the supporting roles but i didn't know they are also scouting as well.

"You see.. We, Directors has a circle of friends that we uses to scout talents whenever we found one. And Director Jang,  the director of Kindle Me Red was astounded by your acting clipthat i sent to him and he told me if i can scout you... They are currently trying to find the Main lead's lottle sister and i think her character will be very suited for you."
He explained. I was just speechless. I did not know what to say and I am just beyond happy.
