Now let the story begin.

Lisbeth : Welcome back [P/N], is there something I can help you with?

Lisbeth runs a blacksmith shop in the virtual reality game Sword Art Online. Currently, she is talking with [P/N], an in-game friend of hers and a regular customer.

[Y/N] : Nice to see again Lisbeth, but please just call me [Y/N]. Unfortunately, the last sword you gave me was destroyed in a boss fight, so I'm here to buy another one.

Lisbeth sighed.

Lisbeth : [Y/N], I'm beginning to think you can keep me in business all by yourself with how often you break your swords.

[Y/N] gave her an apologetic look.

[Y/N] : I'm sorry. I try to be careful, but I always seem to be getting into battles and put a lot of strain on my sword. At least I know I can always count on you to help me out, plus I enjoy getting to see you when I come here.

Lisbeth blushed.

Lisbeth : T-thank you [Y/N], I enjoy seeing you too. Excuse me for a second, I need to go get something.

She rushed to the back room to try to get rid of her blush. Why does he have to be so sweet?! That idiot, he always knows what to say to make me blush. I know I need to tell him how I feel, I just don't know how! Lisbeth has had feelings for [Y/N] for a while now, but hides them because she doesn't know how to get them across to him.

Suddenly, an idea pops in her head. Perfect, I just need to remember where I put it. She rummages through several boxes until she finds what she's looking for, a chunk of extremely rare and durable metal. She grabs the metal and exits the back room.

She sees [Y/N] waiting patiently and smiles.

Lisbeth : Sorry to keep you waiting. I decided I'm going to forge you a special sword. You need something durable, so I'm going to make your sword out of this.

She shows him the metal.

[Y/N] gasps.

[Y/N] : Isn't that-

Lisbeth : Darketite? It sure is. This metal can only be found as a 1% drop in boss fights, making it extremely rare. Kirito was kind enough to give it to me to keep, but I've decided I'm going to make a sword out of it just for you [Y/N], and I don't wanna hear any objections.

[Y/N] was shocked. She's willing to use such a rare find on me? She is the kindest person I've ever met, she truly is perfect.

[Y/N] : Lisbeth, I don't know what to say. Thank you so much, you are the best!

Lisbeth blushed a little and smiled.

Lisbeth : Thank you [Y/N]. I'll get started on your sword right away. It should take a few hours to complete, so just sit back and relax for a bit.

[Y/N] : Alright then, how much do I owe you when it's done?

Lisbeth giggled.

Lisbeth : Don't worry about the cost, I've already thought of how you can repay me.

[Y/N] blushed at the thought of what that might be.

Lisbeth smiled and got to work.

Timeskip

Lisbeth finished the sword and is ready to show [Y/N].

Lisbeth : Thanks for waiting [Y/N], here you go.

She hands him a beautiful black sword.

[Y/N] stares at it in awe.

[Y/N] : Oh my god Lisbeth, this looks amazing!

He swings it around.

[Y/N] : It's so light, yet I can feel just how powerful it is in my hand.

Lisbeth giggled.

Lisbeth : I'm glad you like it.

[Y/N] : Like it? I love it! It's so well made, but that's to be expected from someone as talented as you.

Lisbeth blushes a deep crimson.

[Y/N] : I do believe I owe you something for this awesome sword. I'll give you anything you want, just name it.

Lisbeth started to get flustered and blurted out what she wants.

Lisbeth : PLEASE GO OUT WITH ME!

[Y/N] blushed.

[Y/N] : W-what?

Lisbeth calmed down a bit and decided to confess.

Lisbeth : Listen [Y/N], I love you and have been in love with you for a while now. I've been wanting to tell you how I feel, but I couldn't figure out how. I decided I would forge you a special sword to show you my feelings and ask you for a date as payment. If you don't feel the same way I understand, you can keep the sword as an apology for dumping all of this on you.

Lisbeth turns away from him and starts to cry, but is enveloped in a warm hug. She turns her head around to see [Y/N] smiling at her.

[Y/N] : Please don't cry Lisbeth. Truth is I love you too, but I never said anything because it would of really stung if you didn't feel the same way. I'd love to go out with you, do you want to be my girlfriend?

Lisbeth : Yes! I've been wanting this for so long, and now it's finally happening!

She grabbed his face and kissed him suddenly.

Lisbeth : That was my first kiss, and I'm so glad I gave it to you.

[Y/N] blushed and chuckled.

[Y/N] : That was pretty good for your first kiss. Now, how about we go on that date I owe you?

Lisbeth : Sounds great, I'll close up the shop real quick and then we can go. I love you so much [Y/N].

[Y/N] : I love you too Lisbeth.

Lisbeth closed up her shop and eagerly left with [Y/N] to go on their first date as a couple, and neither of them could be more happy.
