Téa Gardner thinks to herself as she watches her boyfriend [Y/N] [L/N] struggle in a duel against a bully named [O/N].

[O/N] : Ha! Why don't you just give up loser? You only have 600 life points left, and neither of your two pathetic monsters can stand up to my Cosmo Queen!

He's right. His Cosmo Queen has 2900 attack points, and neither of my monsters are even close to that. It's not over yet though! I have to believe in the heart of the cards!

[Y/N] thinks to himself before beginning his turn.

[Y/N] : I draw!

The card he draws is Pot of Greed.

Yes! I still have a chance!

[Y/N] : I activate Pot of Greed! This allows me to draw 2 cards!

He does so and smiles at what he draws.

[Y/N] : This duel is over [O/N]! From my hand, I activate the ritual spell Hamburger Recipe, using both my Dark Zebra and Fire Kraken as tributes to ritual summon Hungry Burger!

[O/N] : Pfft! That's your big move?! Your oversized Big Mac only has 2000 attack points! It can't beat my Cosmo Queen!

[Y/N] : Not yet he can't, but he can when I activate this! Megamorph! Since my life points are lower than yours, Hungry Burger's attack is doubled, raising it to 4000!

[O/N]'s eyes widen.

Oh no! T-that means...

[Y/N] : You have 1000 life points left, and when Hungry Burger attacks Cosmo Queen, you'll take 1100 points of damage! As I said earlier [O/N], this duel is over! Hungry Burger, attack Cosmo Queen and end this duel!

[O/N] : No! This can't be happening!

His life points drop to zero, winning [Y/N] the duel.

[Y/N] walks over to the defeated bully triumphantly.

[Y/N] : You've lost [O/N], that means you have to give my pal [F/N] his deck back as per our deal.

[O/N] : Tch. Fine, take it.

He hands him the deck and angrily walks away.

[F/N], having watched the entire duel, runs over to his friend and gives him a tight bro hug.

[Y/N] : C-can't breathe...

[F/N] : Oops, my bad man.

He lets go as [Y/N] hands him his deck.

[F/N] : Thanks for getting my deck back dude, it was awesome watching you put that jerk in his place.

Téa then walks over to the two and pulls her boyfriend into a quick kiss, making him blush.

Téa : You did it babe! I'm so proud of you!

[Y/N] : T-thanks Téa, my dueling skills have improved a lot since Yugi first began teaching me.

Yes, the King of Games himself had taught [Y/N] how to play Duel Monsters.

[F/N] : Speaking of Yugi, where is he and the others right now?

Téa : They're at his Grandpa's card shop. Why do you ask?

[F/N] : No reason, just wanted to hang out. I'll see you two later, if you need me I'll be with the others at the shop.

He walks off, leaving Téa alone with her boyfriend.

Téa : Now that all that's taken care of, I do believe you owe me a date mister.

She says to [Y/N] with a playful smile.

Oh yeah that's right! Before I challenged [O/N] to a duel for [F/N]'s deck, Téa and I were about to go on a date!

[Y/N] quickly remembers.

He chuckles and sheepishly rubs the back of his head.

[Y/N] : Sorry babe, I kinda forgot about that for a second.

She sighs before giving him a small smile.

Téa : It's fine. So, where would you like to go?

[Y/N] thinks for a few seconds before getting an idea.

[Y/N] : How about you and I go to the arcade? I know you've been itching to get the high score on that dance game they have for a while now.

Téa : Great idea [Y/N], the arcade sounds really fun! I know I'll definitely get that high score this time!

[Y/N] : Heh. You'd have to beat me first babe.

His girlfriend gives him a playful smirk.

Téa : Oh? Are you really challenging me to a dance off [L/N]?

He returns her smirk.

[Y/N] : Anytime anyplace Gardner.

The two then glare at each other before chucking.

Téa : Well then, I accept your challenge. Wanna race me to the arcade?

[Y/N] : Sure babe. We go on three.

Téa : Sounds good to me.

[Y/N] : Alrighty, here we go! One!

Téa : Two!

[Y/N] then takes off before saying three.

Hey! You didn't say three! [Y/N] you cheater!

She then takes off after him.

Despite his cheating, Téa still managed to beat him to the arcade.

Téa : Hah, I win!

[Y/N] : Yeah yeah, but can you beat me on the dance floor?

Téa : Let's find out.

Needless to say, Téa got the high score and beat [Y/N] by only a hundred points.

Téa : Yes! I did it! I got the high score!

She fist bumps the air in excitement as [Y/N] smiles.

[Y/N] : Good job babe, I knew you could do it. To celebrate, want to go out and get some ice cream? It's my treat.

Téa : That sounds great, thank you [Y/N]. I've been having a great time with you today, I love you.

[Y/N] : I love you too Téa.

The two exit the arcade and head to the ice cream shop with their arms affectionately intertwined.
