Now let the story begin.

Team Excalibur, the European Union representatives for the Beyblade World Championships are currently in [EC/N] to meet up with a friend of theirs.

Julian : I don't understand why [Y/N] couldn't meet us at the airport.

The team's leader says to his three teammates.

Wales : Maybe [Y/N] had something come up and couldn't make it in time?

Sophie : Perhaps. Whatever the reason is, I just hope he's alright.

Klaus : Aww, are you worried about your crush Sophie?

He teases the blue haired girl, causing her to blush slightly.

Sophie : O-of course I worry for him Klaus, he is a very close friend of mine afterall.

Wales : Friend huh? Are you sure you don't want him to be more?

Sophie : Ugh, not you too Wales...

The two chuckle at her embarrassment as Julian shakes his head.

Julian : That's enough you too. Leave her be.

Sophie : Thank you Julian.

He gives her a small smile before the team's attention shifts to a crowd gathering up ahead.

Wales : Wonder what's going on over there?

Klaus : Let's go find out.

Julian : From the looks of it, I'm guessing a bey battle.

As they get closer, Julian is proven correct as a young man wearing a [F/C] mask is taking on several opponents at once.

Opponent #1 : You don't stand a chance man!

Opponent #2 : Yeah, it was incredibly stupid of you to take us all on at once.

Opponent #3 : You should just give up now to save yourself the humiliation.

Masked Blader : Oh please, as if your beys could ever be a worthy opponent to mine. Even with the three of you working together, my Pegasus will emerge the victor.

Julian : Did he say Pegasus?!

Wales : I only know of two bladers who own a Pegasus bey.

Klaus : Yeah. Ginga from GanGan Galaxy, and-

Sophie : [Y/N].

Realizing who the masked blader is, Team Excalibur smile as their leader smirks amusedly.

Julian : Those three have no idea what they've gotten themselves into. [Y/N] is a blader way out of their league. This should be fun to watch.

The three beys strike at Pegasus multiple times, but [Y/N] seems unconcerned.

[Y/N] : Is that the full extent of your skill? I'm not impressed.

Opponent #3 : Don't mock us pal!

Opponent #1 : We're gonna show you what we can really do!

Opponent #2 : Take this!

With their combined power, Pegasus is pushed back just a little as [Y/N] bursts into a fit of laughter.

[Y/N] : Wow gentlemen, you truly made me eat my words. How can my Pegasus overcome such awesome power?

His sarcastic remarks are followed by a sinister smirk.

[Y/N] : Time to show you what I can do. Pegasus!

The bey begins glowing bright red as it begins creating a whirlwind that pushes the other beys away effortlessly.

Opponents : W-what's going on?!

[Y/N] : Poison Pegasus! Special Move! Erosion Gale!

Pegasus's face bolt glows as a dark red spirit of the winged horse emerges and creates a series of crimson colored winds that envelop the other beys.

When the winds die down, the three beys are revealed to have stopped spinning, with all their metal parts severely corroded.

[Y/N] : That oughta teach you three not to steal beys from kids ever again.

Picking up his bey, [Y/N] walks away as the crowd begins to disperse.

Upon seeing Team Excalibur, [Y/N] smiles and goes to greet them after removing his [F/C] mask.

[Y/N] : Julian Konzern, how long has it been since we last saw each other?

Julian : It's definitely been awhile. It's great to see you again [Y/N].

[Y/N] : Likewise.

He shakes his hand before greeting Wales and Klaus.

Sophie : I hope you haven't forgotten about me [Y/N].

[Y/N] : As if I ever could. I missed you the most Soph.

The French blader blushes at the nickname [Y/N] gave her before being pulled into a hug by him, which makes her blush even more.

Sophie : I m-missed you too [Y/N].

Reluctantly pulling away from him, Sophie's face is redder than Pegasus's special move as both Klaus and Wales look at each other and snicker.

Wales : She can't even be hugged by him without stuttering and having her face explode into a blush.

Klaus : Her crush on [Y/N] must be deeper than we thought.

[Y/N] : Huh? What crush? Sophie, do you...have feelings for me?

Sophie shoots her two teammates a glare before sighing and turning to look [Y/N] in the eyes.

Sophie : I wish you didn't find out this way, but it is true. If I may be honest with both you and myself, these feelings are beyond a simple crush. Truth is, I love you [Y/N].

Hearing her say that shocks not only [Y/N], but her teammates as well.

[Y/N]'s initial shock quickly fades as he smiles at her warmly..

[Y/N] : I had no idea you felt that way about me. Sophie, I love you too.

Sophie : Y-you do?

[Y/N] : How could I not? You're absolutely amazing Sophie. One of the reasons I asked your team to come to [EC/N] was so I could not only catch up with you all, but also finally confess my feelings for you.

A feeling of happiness washes over Sophie like a wave as she pulls [Y/N] into a passionate kiss before eventually pulling away.

Sophie : I love you [Y/N]

[Y/N] : I love you too Sophie.

They gaze into each other's eyes lovingly as the rest of Team Excalibur smile as they watch the two, happy that their friends got together.
